From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Fountains Resort at Champions Gate, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.

Guest have access to the club house and the swimming pool for no additional charge or resort fees.

The House:

This recently built (2015) house is very spacious and can easily accommodate 8 guest.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a garage plus a private patio that is the perfect space for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day at the theme parks.

The unit has FAST WIFI, cable TV/ Netflix access, DVD/Blu-ray player, central air conditioning/heating, full size washer & dryer.

KITCHEN:

It features a gourmet kitchen with open floor plan, all granite counter tops with back splash and newer stainless steel appliances. The appliances include a refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dish washer, microwave, stove/oven, coffee pot, Keurig and toaster. The kitchen is fully stocked with all plates, glassware and utensils if you choose to dine in.

Other things to note:

1) The facilities/amenities are managed by the onsite Property Management company, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay.

2) From time to time certain offerings inside the home (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that the above happens during your stay, refunds are not automatically given out. We will work with you to find a suitable solution to the problem. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

3) Check in time is at 4 pm or after. Check with owner if early check in is an option. As long as the unit is ready I'm more than happy to allow early check in. Check out time is STRICTLY at 10 AM as cleaning service will arrive at 10:15. Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD.

4) Please note that Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is not provided and should be brought from home or purchased at a nearby store. Other items that are not included are, cooking oil, food, condiments, laundry soap etc.

5) Pets and smoking are not allowed. Non compliance will result in a minimum $200 or more penalty and could result in cancelling the reservation. Thanks for understanding as the next guest could be allergic to pets.

6) Broken, damaged or missing items will result in additional charges. Not typical but should be aware.

7) If the unit is left excessively dirty this will result in additional cleaning charges. Not something to worry about as this rarely happens.

8) Guest have full access to the entire unit excluding the owners closet.
