This is a former fisherman’s house of about 60 m² located in La Turballe, a fishing and yachting port in Loire-Atlantique (Guérande Peninsula); it is in town but on a quiet street.

Renovated inside, comfortable, and full of charm; it accommodates 5 to 6 people: on the first floor, 1 bedroom with a bathroom and toilet, and a kitchen open to the living room; upstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet; small, enclosed courtyard with flowers and an outdoor toilet. Wi-Fi.
