Gorgeous and supremely relaxing

Immediately felt at home, property clean and well presented. Beautiful location- kind and friendly owner who resolved any query within minutes. Already planning on booking for next year and hopefully many years to come. Ideally situated for a peaceful private holiday - far enough from the crowds but close enough to join in when you need to Highly recommended

A fantastic stay

Initially, it looks amazing. It's spacious, with a lovely sitting room, kitchen, and lots of cupboard space. Three good-sized bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, and a family bathroom. Loads of storage space. Outside, there is a veranda going around the villa. A great-size pool and a barbecue area. Our host, Simos, was a lovely man and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.The villa has had a couple of water bursts over the winter, which has caused water damage in the kitchen. Therefore, it needs replacing. The villa itself could do with modernising. I was shown other villas, and they were of a great standard. There is also a long hill walk up to the villa so you need a car to get about. It is situated near coral bay strip and supermarkets. I would recommend this villa and will come again.

Absolutely fabulous 5 STARS

These bungalows are truly lovely, near to coral bay just up a little lane off the main road. There was everything you could need in the bungalow we stayed in regarding cooking or washing clothes, dishes etc. Our own private pool and outside area was absolutely lovely, pool was cleaned every few days, it is really private, you're hidden from the other bungalows by tall hedges, it was so peaceful. The owner Simos was fab, discreetly stayed away to give you privacy but was on hand should you need anything. We did hire a car which you would probably need unless you book taxis when you go out but we always hire a car anyway as I'm disabled. Set just up on a hill off the road we were cocooned in a world of our own and when we went out we knew that the bungalow was secure with Simos nearby, we never ever locked the door, perfectly safe. We loved this bungalow so much we've booked again for next year but for 3 weeks this time, Simos will have a hard job getting us to leave !!! To anybody thinking of renting 1 for a holiday to get away from it all, book 1 of these bungalows you won't be disappointed Suzanne and Mark Jones

Perfect location

This villa is situated overlooking the coast line just before Coral Bay with great views. Simos was helpful getting groceries for us as we had a late flight. More rustic than luxurious, but has everything you would need to enjoy your holiday. The pool was great for a dip whilst soaking up the sun. However there were some areas for improvement such as cotton sheets instead of nylon for comfort, new shower heads for both and an internet set top box for UK tv. Stand up fans in the lounge area would have been a nice to have. Also, I thought that air con was included and not extra as told on the last day. Good internet supply for all our devices and plenty of space in and around the villa. If you are planning a trip to Coral Bay, this villa would definitely be worth considering as it is a 15 minute walk into the centre with plenty of restaurants and bars. The beach a little further on is superb. Although not essential, we hired a car which I would recommend. We had a great time here overall and hope to return if visiting the area again.

Amazing 2 weeks.

Our 1st time to Cyprus and definitely not are last. The Villa is perfect for a couple and no doubt for 4 as well. It is nice and airy with plenty of room to spread out although we spent most of the time on the veranda, or by/in the lovely pool, where we also ate our meals which were cooked on the BBQ. (The charcoal here is the best I have ever come across!) The Leylandi hedge on either side gives adequate privacy and the views out to sea are great. Simos is a magnificent host and is easily conntacted when ever needed without being intrusive. Whilst a car is not essential as the Restaurants and shops are only a 15 mins stroll from the Villas and the Large Supermarket do deliver, we used that once and it was great, it is recommended as if you walk out for lunch it can be very hot. We walked in the evening as it was quite pleasant and the driver can have a beer or two! Although the buses are as cheap as chips costing 1.50 Euros each to Pathos. Overall an amazing two weeks which I would recommend to anyone.

Great Villa, Great Location and Wonderful Host

The Villa is set in a small cluster of properties each having complete privacy. The owner, Simos, also lives on site and is an absolute gent. He made us very welcome and his communication with us from the start was first class. The villa is located about 15 minutes walk from Coral Bay road which boasts an excellent range of restaurants and bars catering to many different tastes including steakhouses, tex mex and thai to complement the more traditional Greek-Cypriot cuisine. We booked very late having cancelled a previous holiday because of the pandemic. We felt very safe in Cyprus and were warmly welcomed wherever we went. We loved the quiet serenity of the villa and spent a lot of time just sunbathing and enjoying the peace and quiet. The pool is a good size and is well maintained. The villa itself is adequatlely but not lavishly equipped to a good standard. The charcoal BBQ provided the opportunity for some alternatives to eating out and there is an excellent supermarket, Phillipos, just a short hop away by car selling an excellent range of meat, bbq foods and fresh seafood and fish. The internet is good quality and the villa is nicely furnished. Watching the gorgeous sunsets from the terrace with a nice glass of local wine was an absolute pleasure. In summary, we absolutely loved the place and felt that we had made a very good friend in the owner, Simos. We look forward very much to making a return visit and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nice place to relax near the sea

We remember the first week of our Cyprus holidays at your wonderful holiday house. Not only your fantastic house with pool, garden and terace-you yourself are a very nice person who cared for us in a great way. We felt very comfortable and like home. It`s the right place for people-looking for rest and silence. Is there anything we have to recommend? The water pressure of the shower is very low. Please improve that. Guests should know that there`s no German TV available. Dear Simos, it would be nice to see you again anytime. Mario (Berlin)

Lovely villa, lovely setting

A delightful villa with surrounds kept in immaculate condition. The setting is superb with marvellous sea views to the front, mountains behind and flanked by fruit orchards. The facilities of Coral Bay and Peyia are a few minutes away while Paphos is only 15 mins drive. A car is a distinct advantage and the owner assisted in obtaining one at a favourable rate, enabling us to explore deep into the interior. The final plus for the holiday came in the form of the owner Simos for who nothing was too much trouble and treated us more like friends than hirers. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and recommend the villa very highly.

Wunderbare Villa und toller Lage

Die Villa liegt an der Coral Bay eines der schönsten Strände auf Zypern, außerdem kann man von hier aus sehr viele Aktivitäten ausführen, z. B. wie Wandern oder auch kulturelle Highlights besuchen. Die Villa hat alles was man benötigt, der Besitzer kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste, ist aber auch nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können dies nur weiter empfehlen.

Great Villa Great Location.

This is a great villa in a great location. Ideal position as a base for getting around the Coal Bay, Paphos area and beyond. Very good layout with everything we needed and more for our stay. It is in a great position for sun worshippers as it gets the sun all day until late afternoon, the pool is lovely, ideal temperature for cooling off when you have had enough sun. The owner Simos is a gentleman, nothing is too much trouble for him. He popped in a couple of times during our stay to check all was well, told us when to expect the bedding and towels to be changed, and the villa cleaners to arrive. He always had plenty of time for a chat with us. You couldn't ask for a better host. We look forward to staying here again soon and meeting up with Simos again.

Fabulous - Great Villa

Gorgoeous villa,Would definately recommend!

This villa is the perfect stay whilst holidaying in Coral Bay. The owner Simos is so friendly and helpful. The villa has a big swimming pool and lovely outdoor patio area which is great for outdoor dining. The villa was also very clean and tidy and the kitchen has all the amenities you will need. The supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all nearby so the location is great! I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :-)

Excellent 2 & 3 bedroom villas with private pools. These attractive sunshine villas share the same scenic location and amazing panoramic sea views. Each villa has an open-plan lounge & dining room ( with TV, DVD, satellite and Wi-Fi internet) which is separated by a breakfast bar from an open-plan kitchen( with washing machine, oven & hops, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and plenty cooking utensils and equipment). Two or three spacious bedrooms ( 1 master & 1 twin or 2 twins). Private & peaceful, the ideal holiday destination in Cyprus for families, couples and elderly people seeking relaxing holiday in superb surroundings with great climate.
