Overall great property
Great location on the dunes and beachfront. Heads up that there is no lifeguard stand in front of the property which makes for a long walk with kids/equipment on the beach. Pool was a huge hit and helped a great deal with kids. Property is older with some tired looking design, but perfect for younger kids. Realtors were responsive as was owner who replaced a broken dishwasher within 24 hours. We had a great week overall. Location was close enough to shopping/restaurants etc. Biggest con for us had nothing to do with the house. Biting flies were horrible 3-4 days of our stay. 3 of those impossible to stay on beach.
