Time stands still in this condo. The hustle and bustle of Ocean City is all behind you here. Want the boardwalk? It's a short bike ride, Jitney ride, or Lyft away. Want peace, the ocean and to hear waves at night? You're already there.

What makes this property unique

This property has a relatively large front "yard" of sand--beach sand--before the bulkhead and dunes. Almost feels like your own private beach. Pathways to the beach through the dunes are diagonal to the left, and diagonal to the right, out the door.
