Newly renovated and professionally decorated, this fabulous house 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip has five bedrooms, in-ground pool, above ground spa, covered patio, professional pool table, washer and dryer in the laundry room with iron and ironing board, cable and high speed wireless internet is perfect for business or pleasure.

The property is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, only 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip straight up Tropicana Blvd.; 13 miles from McCarran Airport right off the 215 Beltway; a short drive to Red Rock Canyon National Park where you can enjoy sight seeming, hiking or rock climbing; 45 minutes from Mt. Charleston where you can a day of skiing/snowboarding or hiking. You don't have to drive far, only about 2 minutes, to grab a bite to eat at a variety of gourmet restaurants, buy groceries, go shopping, or have a drink at one of several neighborhood taverns.

There are five bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (one king and five queens). Each bedroom has an LCD 35' flat screen TV with cable, night stand and dresser with mirror. The master bathroom has a shower, large tub with jets and tile floor. There is a large kitchen fully equipped to cook and bake with all appliances and service for twelve. The living room has a 65" HD LG Smart TV. The game room has a professional pool table, bar table and stools. The backyard has a large lagoon style pool, above ground spa large enough to fit 8 people, covered patio and beautiful landscaping and a garden with fruit trees. Come, put your feet up and enjoy!!!

In town for a golf tournament. Cooked dinner every night at property. The house and rooms were cozy. Liked the open island kithen with open great room with couch and bar chairs at island in kitchen. Would rent property again.

Draft Weekend

Great times, property was great and as advertised. Fantasy Football league stayed here for draft weekend. Location is close enough to the city but really close to the Durango which the crew loved for the sportsbook and space to roam compared to the strip.

Surprise Birthday Trip

We are 5 sisters that planned a surprise trip to celebrate a birthday for one of the sisters. We had an amazing time and the home was perfect. There were 10 adults and we all were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and really lovely. It was great being away from the strip. We would definitely rent here again. The host was very communicative with any questions and I appreciated that.

Perfect for my Family

This was the perfect house and it was better and nicer than the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s close to plenty of food and far enough away from downtown Vegas (the strip) but not too far. It was also close to the airport which was nice. Had a great stay!

Quiet location, a short drive to shopping or a visit to the Vegas Strip!

This property was perfect for a family trip. With a bedroom and bathroom/ shower on the first floor for those challenged with stairs to a huge kitchen living area. This was a great place for family to stay and gather together. It was a little cold to use the pool but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had all you would need to prepare food there. Overall it was a great place to stay. Saving the info for trips in the future!

Relaxed Las Vegas Stay!

This home, located in the SW part of the area, provided a clean and comfortable stay for our group! Very easy access to much suburban shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to the Strip! Very easy access to Red Rock Canyon. The immediate area is a quiet neighborhood, very clean, we felt very safe! The pool, spa, and billiard table kept our group entertained. We very much recommend this home rental.

Awesome Property and Rental Experience

Wonderful property

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family in Summerlin. The house is very spacious and has everything we needed. Lovely backyard with a pool and hot tub that we used several times during our stay. Beds are very comfortable, maybe the best in a VRBO in a long time. Kitchen was well appointed. All in all, a great property. Will be back.

Sporting Event

We had a sporting event in Las Vegas. Rented this house with another family friend. It was great! The boys had things to do when they weren't playing sports. It was close to the Red Rock Casino which was nice! Thank you!

Great Weekend Getaway

Easy access, house was as described in every detail; instructions were clear and not too restrictive. Location is not in Rhodes Ranch, but that wasn’t an issue. The only issue was the ice maker and lack of paper towels. Somehow, we muddled through. Would highly recommend. Great for friends and/or large family gatherings.
