Vacationed to Vegas for the 4th of July and the house was perfect for our big family! Some rooms were hotter than others but overall the house was nice and located just a short drive from the strip!

Overall the property was amazing everything store wise was fairly close to the property rooms were clean host was amazing and quick to answer messages when messaged the pool was clean and very family friendly our family had a great time!

It was perfect. This was for my daughter's 40th Birthday get-together in celebration with her long time friends who came into town. Having this rental to celebrate made this an unforgettable celebration. One they have decided they want to do this every year and come back here. The host is amazing. Thank you!!

Great house!

Stayed here for a bachelor party weekend, the house was in perfect condition, comfortable, and best part; close and easy to get to the main strip! All around excellent place. Host was very helpful and communicative for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Easy booking and great communication. Property was clean and quiet neighborhood. Location to strip was a plus! Had a great time pool looks great but it was unseasonably cold in Vegas.

Our stay

We had a girls weekend here, the place was clean and we had an amazing time with the pool and game room. If you plan on cooking there wasn’t any pots and pans so we had to buy things. They have a cookie sheet and all utensils

Amazing Vegas Experience

Our group of 12 had an amazing time at this property! The house layout was perfect for a group of this size. Proximity to the strip and golf courses in the area made it very easy to get Ubers. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to break away from the strip but still be close enough to take advantage of it. Guy was a very communicative host and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

First Time

This was our first trip to Vegas. The house was perfectly located for all the activities we wanted to do. The host made us feel very welcome. We spent most of our time on the patio and then playing pool. Such a great experience for my first trip. Will definitely be going back. Thank you again to the host

10/10 would book again!

Gathering for my 10 ur old daughters birthday party. We informed the owner that we would have additional guest stopping by, paid a small fee for extra guests, so there were no issues, and it was totally worth it. Kids aging from 2-14 had a blast in the back yard and game room. Room with 2 bunk beds slept her and her friends perfectly. The owner was very helpful and very good with communication. Always responded within a few minutes to half an hour. And the 11 am checkout time is 1 hour longer than any property or hotel in Vegas.

We were really disappointed with our stay and felt the listing was misleading. The photos appear to be heavily edited and did not reflect the actual condition of the home when we arrived. There was a noticeable odor throughout the house, and the carpets were visibly dirty, which made it feel unclean from the start.One of the AC units was not working, which made parts of the home uncomfortable. Several amenities that were advertised were either broken or unusable—kids’ toys were damaged, TVs did not have remotes, the foosball table was broken, and there were flickering lights in the master bathroom.Communication and policies were also frustrating. We were asked questions that felt unnecessary, like the purpose of our trip, and were warned about occupancy in a way that felt excessive. Future guests should be very careful to list the maximum number of people, as it seems this could become an issue.Additionally, some of the house rules—such as not being able to use the pool past 11 PM—really limited our ability to relax and enjoy the property, especially on a trip meant for family time.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations based on the listing, and we would not book this property again.

Vegas Maintenance

Property was clean indoors, though pool equipment was left around yard. Pool was dirty on arrival, but cleaned on request. Wasn’t useable regardless, not heated. Pool cues all broken, replaced on request with 1 day to go. Cleaners only left 3 towels to use, no bath mats, no hand towels left, all provided on request. TV’s and controllers had issues. Many kitchen cabinets broken. HVAC return vent cover fell open in hallway, revealing a filter that hadn’t been changed in a LONG time. Overall, it worked out for our team for our business trade show stay, and a good cost savings, but it was a lot of maintenance to stay there and attempt to enjoy what accessories, etc were advertised. Needs some maintenance to be a great rating.

!!BEWARE, UNREALISTIC PHOTOS AND NO REFUND POLICY!!

First and foremost, the parking rules were absurd (no parking in the driveway), as soon as we opened the door, it smelled very wet and humid inside the home (we had to drive to a store to buy air freshener to be able to stand the smell) Everything was completely dark (only light blocking curtains all throughout the home), and the TV’s didn’t work either. The carpet all throughout the house had stains and smelled bad. Very low ceilings and light fixtures (tall people have to bend over to walk around and not hit their head), the sofas in the living room were very small, fragile and cracked every time we sat down, in both showers there were multiple shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles open and used that were left out, the beds were VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE (no way they were memory foam), we found multiple dog feces outside, and the lounge chairs by the pool had stains on them. We only ended up staying one night out of four and had to drive another 6 hours back home. Super unfair and not worth it at all!

Great for big group lots of rooms and spaces to hang out. Pool nice and clean and refreshing in the heat. Most beds comfy except primary suite mattress had huge dip in middle. Needs a new mattress. Play area not great as swing set shakey and toys not functional. Game room nice hang out space but pool table needs repair as well as foosball table, could not play. Could use a bigger then 2 cup coffee pot, had 12 people and hard for everyone to enjoy a cup of coffee together in morning. Also no propane for grill, didn’t realize I would have to fill tank and charge host if I wanted to use. Worked for our group to stay together but wound have not paid as much as charged if I knew some of the true details.

We were so excited about this one. We decided to book an extra night through the vrbo app and paid for it. As the trip approached our check in day still never changed so I reached out and apparently even after we paid he hadn’t noticed the payment and allowed someone else to book that night. After offering us several other properties for the night or offering to change our stay completely, he finally was able to move the other guests. It was a very frustrating start to our stay. Photos appear to use wide-angle lenses, making spaces look larger, and some items were missing or different. The living room only had one couch instead of two, and the pool lounge chairs had no cushions as pictured and were very worn.Many amenities were broken or unusable, including the hammock with a huge hole unraveling, an outdoor chair had a big hole like someone stepped through it and one of the playground toys was broken in half. The sandbox was empty with wood pieces stacked in it. There was clutter and broken items on shelves, in closets and outside.Cleanliness and preparation were also lacking. There were no hand towels left out, and we arrived to a dryer full of wet towels. TV remotes didn’t work, and we had to buy batteries for the basketball hoop. Cobwebs or spiderwebs along the ceiling were unsettling. I found a used strip eyelash in my bed. It really needs a deep cleaning everywhere. We let the host know and he said he would get things fixed and cleaned better. Overall disappointing

Great family getaway house!

My family and I truly enjoyed this place. It had everything for all ages (plus our dog:) ). Very spacious, plenty of bedrooms, and enough to entertain everyone that we didn't need to leave the house at all! Pool was fantastic and my kids enjoyed every part of the game room - they especially enjoyed the pool of course. Looking forward to using this house for our next staycation! Would recommend it for any group with kids and pets.
