A perfect place to stay

Port-Vendres is charming and this apartment is a perfect place for a long stay there. It’s a short walk to the port and the facilities - bars, restaurants, shops, including an excellent boulangerie and a boucherie, buses and the petit train (well worth the trip). Carole welcomed us warmly and showed us round the apartment, which was comfortable, well-equipped and immaculately clean. She was always on hand if needed. We took advantage of the terrace every day, and ate there every evening, overlooking the port and the town. Highly recommended.

Stylish and comfortable apartment

Booking with Ben and the checkin process with Francois was very easy. Good communication with both. Francois was charming and ensured we were happy with everything as part of his warm welcome. Apartment is clean, modern, nicely furnished and all equipment is of good quality. Large balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax in. Although in a quiet area, quick and easy access to the port, shops and restaurants. Car parking in garage a real bonus. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Super stay in Port Vendres

This is a fabulous apartment, close to the centre of Port Vendres. It’s almost brand new, so finished to a very high standard. Our only suggestions would be: 1. A map to find the apartment block would be helpful. We had to find it ourselves, which was not a problem, but could have been. After that, Emmanualle arrived quickly to give us the key and show us around. 2. On day one, the air conditioning did not work properly and, as the temperatures we hovering around 40 degrees, we had a sticky night. To be fair to Emmanuelle, she can quickly to solve the problem on day two. Not sure she really knew how she’d fixed it. These are very minor issues because the apartment is great in all respects and we are already planning to return. Thanks to Emmanualle! George and Janet Crowther

Un très bon séjour

Aucun contact ni échange avec le propriétaire, mais nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carole, qui gère la location sur place. Agréable et arrangeante. La location se situe dans une résidence moderne et tout-confort (ascenseur, poubelles, local à vélos, etc.) L'appartement est tout-confort et très bien équipé. De plus, des produits de première nécessité sont à disposition en dépannage (dosettes de café, thé, nombreux condiments, sucre, etc.). L'appartement est à quelques minutes à pied du port et de l'arrêt de bus Port-Vendres Les Quais, qui offre de nombreuses possibilités pour découvrir la région avec le bus à 1€. La résidence est pour autant très calme. Il est dommage cependant qu'il n'y ait pas eu un ménage plus approfondi de fait avant notre arrivée, sur le frigo, les sols, poignées de porte.

Magnifique

L'appartement est juste parfait ! Il est spacieux, propre avec une belle et grande terrasse. A noter, on a même le droit à un lit king size. On dispose de tout et il est très bien situé dans Port Vendres, proche de tous commerces. Moi qui n'aime pas vivre en appartement, surtout l'été, ici je me suis sentie très bien ! L'accueil par Carole était très sympathique et elle est à votre disposition pour toute question. Je recommande vivement cette location et si nous retournons à Port Vendres, nous relouerons cet appartement ! s oouvert

Excellent séjour

Appartement grand et lumineux avec un grand balcon terrasse Très bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter la region. Il y a aussi des lignes de bus qui permettent d'aller à toutes les villes environnantes pour 1€ à quelques mètres de l'appartement. Delicates attentions du propriétaire et un tres bon accueil à l'arrivée avec de precieux conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Je conseille vivement cette location tres agréable et y retournerai avec plaisir. Toutefois l'accès au centre ville à pied n'est pas adapté aux personnes ayant fes difficultés à marcher car beaucoup d'escaliers.

Tout est réuni pour passer de super vacances ! La région et ses magnifiques paysages, l’accueil de Carole, l’appartement et ses atouts (au calme tout en étant proche du centre-ville, a 2 km de Collioure, bien décoré, bonne literie, très confortable, superbe terrasse, tout est à disposition) Nous y reviendrons ! Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec mon conjoint et mon fils. Très bel appartement, très bien situé. Ultra bien équipé. Les équipements sont de qualité. Il ne manque absolument rien. Tout est fait pour y être à l'aise. Très belle vue de la terrasse. L'immeuble est chic et le parking abrité est très appréciable. Si nous devons revenir dans la région nous reviendrons chez vous. Location comme à la maison, rien ne manque... Très bien située, on peut quasi tout faire à pied, mais l'idéal, c'est l'emplacement privé pour la voiture, pas besoin de se prendre la tête pour se garer !!! Bref, des vacances géniales dans une région géniale. P.S Carole qui nous accueille, est un AMOUR!!!

Calme et idéalement situé

Emplacement très calme, situé près du port de Port-Vendres. Terrase ombragée dès la fin de matinée, très agérable par les grosses chaleurs de cette année. Emmanuelle est très à notre écoute et de bons conseils : restaurants et visites.

Appartement bien situé

Très bon accueil d’Emmanuelle, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans la région et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement bien situé dans Port Vendres à proximité du port et des commerces. Place de garage au sous sol très pratique. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.
