Trop aller et retour du parking payant a l’appartement
Attention au trou caché par un tapis a l’ouverture de la porte des parties communes au rez-de-chaussée voir plus pour les altères au milieu du passage au 2ème étage pour pouvoir accès a l’appartement du locataire avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la rue piétonne
Schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr geniale Dachterrasse ( hier wäre ein Sonnenschirm toll), für Kleinkinder ist die Wohnung nur eingeschränkt geeignet, da z.B. die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer kein Geländer hat. Für größere Kinder und Erwachsene eine tolle Wohnung!
