About this property

Modern, comfortable and quiet village house

House planned for our family vacation, we wanted a comfortable and quality decoration.
Every detail has been thought to offer you a great material comfort while combining furniture and objects bought on the Ile de Ré for this house is like no other.
It is located in the village center of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, deep in a stalemate and the shops and the market place.
The beach, which is 5 minutes and close to cycling an ideal destination for combining bottom rest, beach and bike rides.
On a surface 100M, is scheduled for 6 people and consists of:
- The ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen, a living / dining room with fireplace, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a toilet.
- On the floor we offer 3 bedrooms including a master suite (bed 160 * 190); the 2nd bedroom has two beds can be pushed together and the third room is for children with single beds; There are two bathrooms and a toilet.
Outside: garden furniture, chairs and BBQ.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
