Located in olive and pine trees, this old farmhouse will appeal to lovers of absolute calm and charm.
Completely renovated, it offers: 4 bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom. A living / dining room with open fire, a fully equipped kitchen, a small TV lounge with insert.
All the amenities are there: washing machine, dryer, 2 refrigerators (including one American), microwave, dishwasher, flat screen TV, wifi, a toilet on each floor.
Mosaic salt pool, secure, 10 X 4 meters.
A solarium adjoining the master bedroom. Several terraces: one on the ground floor for the bedroom on the ground floor, a large covered terrace as well as terraces shaded by trellises in front of the house and at the swimming pool.

Gorgeous getaway !

Wonderful property decorated with a lot of charm offering all modern comfort. Very clean. Each bedroom has its own shower and is lovely. Great swimming pool in the middle of huge olives’ garden, with all security amenities and lovely terraces. Perfectly located in the heart of Provence with plenty of charming villages, craft markets. Close to the well known beaches of Cote d’Azur with its flagship Saint Tropez. We really enjoyed so much our stay at La Campagne Blanche in Cotignac and are longing to come back very soon. A special thank to the owners for their advice and their kindness. A great choice ! John C.

Un havre de sérénité et de charme !

Que du bonheur, des vacances de rêve au pays des cigales !… Que ce soit pour des vacances familiales ou entre amis, je ne puis que vous conseiller de goûter au charme de ce petit coin de Paradis ! Niché au coeur de la Provence, le mas allie le confort moderne au charme d'antan grâce à une décoration soignée et épurée. Les chambres sont coquettes et confortables, chacune disposant de sa propre salle d'eau. La piscine, en contre-bas de la maison, jouit d'un espace sécurisé à l'abri des regards, dotée d'une plage immergée, c'est le coin idéal pour les bavardages et le barbotage des jeunes enfants. Une agréable terrasse couverte vous y accueille aux heures chaudes. L'équipement de la maison est parfait (électroménager, meubles de jardin, vaisselle au charme désuet, grand frigo produisant des glaçons….). Maison très propre. Supermarché à 5 minutes. Nombreuses terrasses qui permettent, à ceux qui le souhaitent, de s'isoler un moment. Cette propriété exceptionnelle offre un condensé de charme provençal ! Le parfum de la pinède vous y accueille quand vous descendez de voiture… le regard est happé par la beauté des restanques d'oliviers… si vous êtes chanceux, vous entendrez chanter le rossignol !... La localisation est parfaite que vous souhaitiez passer une journée en bord de mer ou découvrir les ravissants villages des environs. Partez à la découverte de la Provence profonde, visitez la faïencerie de Varages, faites le circuit des fontaines de Barjols, découvrez l'Abbaye du Thoronet, les marchés provençaux de Salernes, Cotignac… ou poussez une pointe jusqu'à Saint-Paul de Vence… Nous avons dégusté notre séjour à Cotignac !!! Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs conseils judicieux et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !
