Relaxed stay

Frédéric is a lovely host. The house is brand new offering lots of comfort including state of the art A/C. The huge salt water pool is great and the view from the terrace outstanding. Cotignac is a charming little village with very friendly people offering all you need.

Wonderful new house in beautiful country side setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful new home. The view from the patio of the French countryside was beautiful. The modern design was also comfortable with all new appliances. Proximity to Cotignac was a plus. We definitely recommend this property.
