Great place to relax

If you like to relax this is the place to be. Nice flat and very nice pool. The only disadvantage is that one room has no window. Very buitifull location and very silent. As mentioned a very good place to relax.

We had a lovely stay at La Casa Blu. The pool and house were great. It is in a perfect location to explore the wonderful Piedmont region with its picturesque towns and vineyards. And Laura and Mirco were great hosts and very helpful.

Nice house in the middle of the Monferrato wine region

The apartment is located on streetlevel in a blind alley. The location is perfect for wine excursions and visits of the region. The swimming pool is nice, but only usable until 6pm. Shops and eating and wine tasting facilities are nearby.

Lovely Casa set In Beautiful Wine Country

Already planning to go back! The holiday apartment is the ground floor of a large detached property near Asti in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. The property is in a lovely elevated location overlooking numerous hills each a topped with a settlement, village or town surrounded by vineyards or olive groves. The property comprises a large open plan living area with well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. The sofa in the lounge areas converts into a double bed. There is a further double bedroom with another bedroom opening off it. In the garden is a good sized swimming pool which we had exclusive use of during the day with the owners of the property having access at night. We liked this property so much we are hoping to book again next year.

Piscine et environnement du lieu agréables

Propriété agréable et confortable, même si la chambre d’enfants au rez-de-chaussée est vraiment petite et sans fenêtres. Les propriétaires sont discrets, très gentils et serviables. La piscine est fort appréciable et à bonne température. La location est plutôt bien située d’un point de vue culturel et gastronomique, proche de toutes les commodités et à proximité des vignobles de renom. Je recommande cette villa.

schöne Lage

Wir waren etwas überrascht, als wir in die Wohnung kamen, denn uns war nicht klar, dass sich die Wohnung im Untergeschoss des Hauses befindet. Damit war sie sehr dunkel und für unseren Geschmack leider ungemütlich und kalt eingerichtet, alles eher alt. Einen ganzen Regentag drinnen zu verbringen war leider schrecklich. Zu viert konnte man nur am Esstisch sitzen, die Couch war nur ein 2Sitzer. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und die Lage gut für Ausflüge in die Gegend. Der Pool war auch Klasse und die Temperatur dank des Daches noch zum Baden geeignet. Der Holzofen und Spielsachen befinden sich im Obergeschoss hinter dem Haus, ich würde Kleinkinder nicht alleine dort hin lassen, für die dieses Sachen gedacht sind. Auch den Grill in der Ecke würde ich da oben nicht benutzen, wenn man dann einmal ums Haus und eine Etage runterlaufen muss zum Esstisch der Wohnung. In der Nacht hörten wir die Toilettengeräusche im Obergeschoss der Eigentümerwohnung, sonst ist es super ruhig. Die Wohnung war super sauber und es gab Begrüssungswein, Wasser und Saft und Infos für die Umgebung, auch der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war nett und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem war die Wohnung ok, aber aufgrund der vorrangigen Bewertungen waren wir doch etwas enttäuscht, die Bilder suggerieren, dass die Wohnung den wundervollen Ausblick hat und man auf der Terrasse sein kann- dies ist aber der Bereich der Eigentümer, das sollte man wissen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mitten im Piemont nahe Asti und Alba gelegen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool und sehr freundlicher Gastfamilie. Weiter Blick in die Landschaft. Kurze Wegstrecken in die berühmten Weinanbauorte wie Barolo, Monforte d'Alba, usw. Man kann überall sehr gut Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Auch eine Weinkellerbesichtigung mit Degustation ist zu empfehlen, z.B. bei Palladino in Serralunga. Alles in allem - ein perfekter Trip.

Fantastic holiday, in beautiful area

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Le Blue. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and comfortable beds. The outside area with the pool was perfect and the view and surroundings was wonderful. We stayed for 4 weeks in june, and got to visit vineyards, , local retaurants, Lago Maggiore, Cinque Terre, and many other landmarks. Laura , Mirco and the children, their hospitality, and friendly appearance made our stay perfect. Thanks from Synnøve, Charles and family.

Special Holiday

It really is a tranquil getaway. In a stunning location, in jaw-droppingly stunning scenery. The apartment is lovely and warm (we stayed in March). There is a good oven and a large hob, a well equipped kitchen and a fridge/freezer so no problems at all if you want to cook your own food rather than eat out. Good wifi signal. Nice swimming pool, already open in March, with hot water! We will return soon!

Schönen Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt bei Mirco und Laura und ihren Kindern war erstklassig. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich. Sie haben uns für unser kleinstes Kind eine Menge an zusätzlicher Ausstattung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation lief bestens. Einen Pool mit Dach zu haben war gigantisch, da wir mit dem Wetter nicht so Glück hatten. Somit aber Baden trotzdem möglich war. Unsere Vermieter haben uns extra für den Zeitraum unseres Aufenthaltes Veranstaltungen usw. ausgedruckt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Dorf waren wir seltene Touristen, es war sehr einheimisch, das hat uns gut gefallen.

Beautiful place in a good location

Beautiful place in a good location. Mirco and Laura are very hospitable and make sure everything is as described. Laura and Mirco prepared greatly for our baby by providing a babychair, cot and stroller. Kitchen and bathroom are not extremely spacious, but have all the facilities you need. The climate indoors is comfortable due to air conditioning in the floor. The pool is fabulous and was still a pleasant 31C, even half September. The view is great, overlooking many fields of grapes, as it is a real wine-area. There are many dining facilities in the area, or places where you can grab a fast pizza for small prices. Two decent supermarkets in the town and shopping centers within 30 minutes drive.

Nice stay, beautiful area

We had a very nice time in the Blue House: clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The owners did their very best to give us our privacy, which must have been difficult with 3 small children, and which we have appreciated very much. To get to the second bedroom (no windows) , you have to cross the master bedroom. All in all a very nice stay in a beautiful area.

This home is fantastic!

This home is fantastic! It is in the countryside outside of Asti in the Langhe surrounded by beautiful hills. The house is very large and extremely comfortablle for our family of 6. The nice pool beautifully sited and a nice place to hang out - along with covered porches and terrace. Lovely house, and lovely landlord! The house is very clean, and very enjoyable this is definitely worth a visit.

This property is a true gem! My children all loved the pool, the property and the home. My husband and I were so thankful for all Mirco e Laura did to welcome our family and help us. We loved having a private fenced in garden area to let our children play in. The private garden area also served as a great place for meals. The home was very clean and had a ton of space. The grounds, the pool and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend this property!

An amazing place

An amazing place to stay in the Langhe hills. Amazing views from the apartment where you have uninterrupted views of the hills. Swimming pool was great too, again with great views of the hills. We visited many of the restaurants and villages mentioned in his recommendations all of which were great. We spent days by the pool having the whole place to ourselves, surrounded by the hills and blue skies. We had a great time in Piemonte and in La Casa Blu! Thanks a lot for your good care.

The apartment and the surroundigs were gorgeous, in the house we had everything we needed, and the rooms were very clean, and bright. We loved the outdoor pool with the outstanding view of the hills, the private terrace, and last but not least the friendliness of the owners who greeted us warmly. We will be back for sure!

Very disappointing - had to leave early, mouldy.

We had to leave this villa early as we found loads of mould on the walls in the second bedroom. This bedroom does not have any windows (which you can't tell from the photos) and is an annexe of the main bedroom. So if anybody in the second bedroom needs the toilet in the night they have to go through the main bedroom to get to it. When we arrived we were told to use a dehumidifier for 3 hours a day which we thought was odd, couple with lavender bags in all drawers and wardrobes, clearly there to hide the smell of mould. Despite being told we were walking distance from lovely restaurants, which is important to us, the nearest walkable restaurants were a kebab shop and a pizza cafe. Nice looking restaurants needed to be driven to. We informed the owners of the mould problem the day we found it but got no response for over a week, by which time we had managed to find somewhere else to stay, so our holiday wasn't a complete write off. They said we had damaged their table, but all we had done was use a citronella candle on it to keep mosquitoes away, as they had advised us to do. This is now their excuse for not giving any refund, even though we only stayed for less than half of our booked holiday. Clearly they knew there was a mould problem due to the lavender bags and dehumidifier. But still not responding to any emails since initial 'no refund' response. Avoid.

“Een prachtige locatie, een gastvrij gezin, we kregen een leuke attentie bij aankomst en vertrek. De kindjes zijn super lief en speelden graag met onze kindjes (6 & 7j). Heerlijk warm zwembad, koele kamer. Een zeer mooie woning en tuin! Laura, Mirco en de 3 kindjes zijn zeer attent en vriendelijk. De eerste dagen hadden wij geen koffie, dus hebben ze voor ons een heerlijke tas Italiaanse koffie gemaakt. Ze blijven discreet op de achtergrond. ”

Look no further

We stayed here for 9 weeks. We can deeply recommend La Casa Blu. The hosts, Laura and Micro and their adorable children are the most beautiful family and are so welcoming. They did so much for us to make our stay the very best. They provided us with everything we needed for our children (cots, strollers etc). The apartment is well equipped, and is best suiteble for two adults and two or more kids. The swimming pool is great! We loved the area and visited a lot of charming towns in a range of 45 minutes by car and went to several wineries. We can really recommend Franco Roero and Franco Mondo, both not to far away. If you want to visit this part of Italy (and you should!), La Casa Blu is an excellent choice for accommodation. You will most certainly fall in love with the family and the area as we did!

This is a beatiful apartament in the luxurious property. So much character and extra special touches such as the outdoor pool area, the garden and the playground. The view of the valley is spectacular and I would love to come back one day, possibly in the hotter months to experience being in that pool with that view! Mirco and his wife Laura were so easy to contact and open for communications throughout our stay. They left wine for when we arrived. A truly memorable and unique place to stay. Thank you for having us!!

I recommend this place ! Absolutely !!

For our first vacation with our almost 2 years old son, we were looking for a apartament with the standard equipment for our needs. Almost everything a baby/toddler would need (stroller, bed, changing table, bath tub, etc.) was already there. Furthermore, the garden offers s swing, a sandbox, a playhouse and a beatiful pool, which is secured through a cover, so that no toddler could fall in. The garden is taken care of by a professional and is lovely to look/stay at. If you are looking for a quiet place, where you can enjoy the holidays however you feel like it, this is the place for you. This is a fantastic place. I recommend this place ! Absolutely !!

Very Nice!

Our stay at La Casa Blu was very nice! It was very clean and very spacious, I love the peaceful garden and to relax by the beatiful pool. Mirco was a wonderful host! He showed us how to use the BBQ and even gave us the names of great places to eat and see!
