About this property

Perfect Miner's Cottage

Come stay in our beautifully updated, historic miner's cabin in scenic Trinidad, CO, with lovely views of Fisher's Peak from the front porch and bedroom window. This charming cottage has original, blond wood floors, a full-size kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator, separate bedroom, 3/4 bath, and a full-size washer/dryer. We have installed a new ceiling fan in the living room and new floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Our cabin also has had new Anderson windows, so you can freely open and close them to enjoy the fresh, clean Colorado air. The cabin has a/c for your summer time comfort. You will have access to the front yard, backyard and deck to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. It is walking distance to historic Kit Carson park, and we are just five blocks from the dispensaries, restaurants, and bars on Commercial Street. We are 420 friendly inside and on font porch and back deck. As our guests, you will have sole access to our extra-long driveway. While we love our fur babies, pets are not allowed due to other guests' allergies. Please no tobacco smoking inside. Our cabin is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway or for single travelers who seek a safe, picturesque place to relax. Bicycling enthusiasts will also be pleased with ample space to keep their bikes and other equipment.
We have never charge our guests a guests a fee, so come stay with hosts who respect your pocketbook and treat you like adults.

I love this rental! It was a quick trip for me, just an overnight in the middle of a road trip. The cottage is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect Miner's Cottage is a charming, well appointed rental in Trinidad. Jimmy and Paula were very accommodating about getting us in early at the start of an our stay. The home is comfortable with good separation of space Great backyard with a bevy of resident cats. We will definitely return to this cottage on our next trip to Trinidad
