Pretty quiet villa (because bottom of a dead end), with garden closed by an automatic gate.
City-park down the street, so that children can have fun quietly.
3 bedrooms (11, 12 and 14 m²), one with a baby bed (possibility of a single bed), an office and a large living room of 55 m² including a kitchen open to the living-sitting area.
1 bathroom, with shower cubicle and bathtub.
Convertible sofa in the living room.
Close to amenities (10 minutes walk from the village center). South-facing terrace.
