MAGNIFICENT CONTEMPORARY VILLA, PANORAMIC VIEW ON OCEAN.
For holidays with family or friends, we offer you the charming villa Papangue located in Saint Leu.

The villa can accommodate 6 people in 3 air-conditioned double rooms (bed of 160) including a master suite including a shower room with basilian shower on the 1/2 floor.
On the floor, are the two other rooms with 1 room of water and 1 independent toilet.
All rooms are with sea views, lagoon and optional wave sound.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso ...) open to the living room (TV, WIFI) and terrace.

Outside, for your enjoyment, a large varnished concrete terrace with dining area, gas barbecue, garden furniture. Not overlooked. You can relax by the salt-water swimming pool (8m * 4m) on the deckchairs while admiring the unobstructed view of Saint Leu.

The villa is in the city center but at the bottom of a very quiet dead end, 6 minutes walk (400m) from the beach and shops.

The villa has 3 parking spaces.

Villa magnifiquement située en hauteur avec une vue excellente sur le lagon. Nous etions bercés par le bruit des vagues. L'équipement de cet hébergement est impressionnant tout comme la vue depuis les 3 chambres, avec des couchers de soleil de toute beauté. La piscine chauffée est absolument le must de ce logement. Comme le précisent d'autres voyageurs, il est dommage que l'environnement du voisinage ne soit pas à la hauteur de cette villa, bien que le propriétaire n'en soit pas responsable. Les commerces et les plages sont tout proches à pied. Nous avons été très bien reçu, merci encore à nos hôtes.

Belles prestations

Villa idéale pour un séjour à La Réunion, belles prestation et situation géographique. Petit bémol cependant, location pour 6 personnes mais seulement trop juste en mobilier de confort (3 transats, etc...). Ce qui dessert la villa, et dont le propriétaire n'est nullement responsable, est malheureusement son environnement direct. Les boules "Quies" sont obligatoires voire indispensables si l'on veut éviter les concerts des multiples coqs du voisinage dès 3h00 du matin et ce jusqu'à... D'autres nuisances sonores, nocturnes, à déplorer dont je ne ferai pas le détail... C'est dommage car c'est une superbe location avec une très belle piscine!

Bonjour, Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes en centre ville. Donc à proximité de tout à pied, du lagon et des commerces, etc, mais effectivement avec un voisinage direct. Cependant, la villa est au fond d’une impasse, dans un environnement généralement très calme. Alors, oui il y a des coqs, mais c’est une règle à la Réunion. Les coqs, les chiens , il y en a partout. Personnellement, ils ne nous dérangent pas. Peut être une question d’habitude. Nous espérons malgré tout que votre séjour fut bon. Bon retour à vous. Au plaisir, Vincent

Presque parfait

Maison moderne, propre, bien agencée avec une belle vue sur mer. On apprécie particulièrementles les grandes ouvertures commandées par volets roulants Un accueil particulièrement chaleureux fait par Didier, toujours aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour le parkink couvert intérieut largement dimensionné. A noter cependant l'environnement sonore de voisinage qui pourrait se montrer dérangeant par moments..

Formidable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 3 grands enfants et la villa nous à beaucoup plu ! Très adaptée à notre mode de vie pour les vacances, au calme, très bien équipée (mention spéciale pour la suite parenrale), sécurisée et bien placée géographiquement car st Leu est assez centrale pour les sorties mer ou montagne. Super séjour - Super acceuil

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa Parangue. Nous avons reçu un super acceuil et un service de qualité. La villa se situe à 5 minutes à pied de Saint Leu et offre une vue incroyable sur l'océan. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa. Encore merci pour l'acceuil et les moments partagés.
