Lovely Apartment

A really lovely comfortable apartment, well equipped and nicely decorated. Good location just a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the Mar Menor. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Experiencia totalmente inaceptable.Desde la primera noche la vivienda no tenía agua caliente, incidencia comunicada de inmediato con fotos y vídeos del termo mostrando error. No recibimos respuesta. Además, faltaban suministros básicos (papel higiénico, toallas suficientes y jabón), que tuvimos que comprar nosotros.Al día siguiente contactamos con el anfitrión, quien se limitó a pedirnos que revisáramos los grifos. Esa misma tarde acudió una persona “encargada” que únicamente confirmó que no había agua caliente y sin gestionar ninguna solución, ni técnico/fontanero, ni alternativa. Tampoco aportó los productos básicos solicitados.La falta de profesionalidad llegó al extremo de pedirnos por WhatsApp contactos de fontaneros. Desde ese momento, nadie volvió a interesarse por nuestra situación. Estuvimos toda la estancia sin agua caliente, una familia con niños sin poder asearnos ni disfrutar de la vivienda, que quedó reducida a un simple lugar para dormir. El anfitrión mostró una absoluta pasividad y la única comunicación posterior fue para recordar la hora de salida y las exigencias de limpieza.La vivienda, además, no estaba adecuadamente revisada (suciedad evidente y suministros de limpieza insuficientes).La actuación del anfitrión y de las "personas encargadas" ha sido negligente, poco profesional y carente de la mínima preocupación por el huésped. No dispone de los recursos básicos (seguro de asistencia de urgencia) imprescindibles para ofrecer un alquiler vacacional.
