We had a wonderful time in this very centrally located apartment. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and provides all amenities for an enjoyable stay, including a well equipped kitchen and a very efficient washing machine and dryer. While it is a self-catering apartment, it also offers the option to have a rich Irish breakfast in the B&B next door. The location of this apartment is outstanding for various purposes including excursions of the region, hiking in the nearby National Park, city life and night life entertainment (in short walking distance). The interaction with the owner of the apartment prior and during our stay was excellent. This apartment is highly recommendable.

Great location, very close to town center. Needs updating and maintenance. . The wood floors in the unit were loose and they have been securing with screws to no avail. A little dangerous to walk around on in bare feet. Horribly unreliable WiFi that they attempted to fix halfway through but it was still intermittent and weak. Communication was fairly slow. Unit had no soap, shampoo, cooking oils. You are expected to bring everything with you. Most vrbos we’ve stayed at supply the basics so just be aware. Unit was large and plenty of space with great location. Not much privacy as the windows looked on to the parking lot. You had to choose between keeping shades closed for privacy or getting fresh air. This sounds like a list of complaints but I enjoyed the area and it was a perfect home base for the trip. Just be aware of the warts that are fine in the end.

Great place right in town

Worked great as a base for our adult family of four to explore the town, walk to Ross Castle, and easy to get to the Muckross House and drive the Ring of Kerry.

Wonderful home away from home

We loved everything about this cozy home. The proximity to Killarney town center, grocery stores, and wonderful restaurants can’t be beat. Also easy access to the beautiful Ring of Kerry. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We spent the week of Christmas staying at The Suites@Ardree House with 3 adults and 2 small children. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is so close to town but tucked behind the street for peace and quiet. We were able to walk into town easily for shopping and dining. We are especially grateful to the host for setting up a Christmas tree for us in the living room. It was totally unexpected and the children were thrilled since they would not be home for Christmas. There is so much to see and do around Killarney that the location is just perfect. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend The Suites!

Delightful stay in Killarney

We had a delightful stay in the Suites @ Andree house. The spacious unit provided everything we needed with very comfortable beds. The location was great with just a few minute walk from the center of town. The unit was off the street and very quiet. The host promptly responded to our inquiry and questions and allowed us an early check-in. We would definitely stay there again.

Spacious property close to everything

My husband and I stayed in this great place with our teenage sons and both grandmas. The place fit us all comfortably and the managers were wonderfully accommodating. It was a short walk to everything is Killarney and a short drive to the National Park. We really enjoyed having the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen.

So much room and such a wonderful location

We loved our stay in this property! Our boys had room to sprawl out and have their own space, which was nice. There's a convenience store, brewery, and good restaurant within a short walk. It was a walkable distance from the train station, bus station, and a number of other places within Killarney. The grounds were well lit and we always felt safe walking to and from the property. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely flat close to everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat, attached to the Ardree House Bed and Breakfast. It is quite large and very comfortable. We shopped for breakfast at a nearby gas station, and easily walked to Killarney for all dinners,.entertainment, and shopping. We would recommend staying here if you need 3 bedrooms for a larger famiky ir friends.

This place is amazing !! Is it a complete amenity house for an entire family of 5 and more up to 6 no problem at all. We loved the location. Walking distance to the town every day so easily accessible. Plenty of space , two bathrooms , comfortable bedding and mattresses. Great living space , huge size living room , tv , with separate dining area. Also a backyard which with fully equipped kitchen although we did not so much cooking as we explored and enjoyed many restaurants and pubs nearby. Best pizza in next door Argentinian Tango Street Food restaurant is a must. I won’t say how many oven baked pizzas we ordered. Hook & Hoof Burgers are the best ! We also did a couple of high end restaurants but Foley's Townhouse & Restaurant stood out for. Service, quality of food and elegance. Walking to town centre is a delight, also walking to Ross Castle (The Famous 15th-Century Tower House) was very doable if you have no car. Worth a visit to the stunning 19th-century Victorian estate at Muckross House and Gardens. Could have spend an afternoon there just pick nicking and enjoying the grounds. The highlight of our trip was touring the Gap of Dunloe Tour traditional open wooden boats (often named O'Donoghue or Duke / Duces. You can book a complete package that automatically includes your bus from town, your reserved pony and trap, and your return boat ride. Amazing experience to feel the real Ireland ! Thank you Ardree House ! We would return without a doubt if you’ll have us.

Three wonderful nights in Killarney!

Spent 3 nights in Killarney as part of our 30th Anniversary Trip to Ireland. This property was a great location, walkable to Pubs, Shops, Restaurants. We even walked to the Celtic Steps show at the Racetrack. Plus, easy in and out of town when we drove on a couple day trips. Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs were fantastic. Gap of Dunloe was Beautiful. Communication with Owner and check in/out were seemless. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Large, convenient property in Killarney

The flat was within walking distance of the town--a few minutes to the Kerry Wild Day Tour pick-up, 5 minutes to Killarney House, 10-15 minute walk to town restaurants and historic sites. Horse carts are available for a variety of short trips: we went through the park and visited Ross Castle. The flat is an easy drive to Muckross House, abbey and nearby sites. While there, the Racetrack on Ross Road hosted the enjoyable dance troupe,Celtic Steps.

Perfect location and comfortable stay

Checkin was simple and the location and layout of the property were perfect. Lots of space to spread out, comfortable lounge and kitchen. We didn’t need much from the host but knew they were available if we needed them. Could easily have earned a 5 star rating if they provided the normal “extras” in most short stays -such as some toiletries in the bathroom (only thing provided was hand soap -even for the shower) and basic food stuffs (eg would be nice to have coffee,ice, milk or creamer). Also not keen on being asked to strip beds and take bottles to an offsite recycling facility as part of our stay?? Furniture is looking a bit overused but still comfortable. Overall a nice stay but could have been so much nicer with a bit of effort.
