Only a 10 minute walk from Ka'anapali Beach & Whalers Village. There is also a complimentary Ka'anapali Shuttle available that runs hourly around the area.
Just across the golf course, Whalers Village Shopping Center has many options for oceanfront dining, souvenir shopping, or sunset happy hour. Depending on the season, there's a variety of activities on Ka'anapali beach you could choose from. Snorkel with the sea turtles, jump off 'black rock', take a surf lesson, or even go parasailing or catch a boat ride!
When your ready to explore the rest of Maui, a 10 minute drive South take you to old Lahaina Town & Front Street. Take a 15 minute drive North to Napili and the resort area of Kapalua for some of the best snorkeling spots on the island.

About Fred and Luba
Fred and Luba were already longtime owners of vacation rentals in West Maui when they purchased Suite G101 at the Ka'anapali Royal, their only condo located in the heart of Ka'anapali on the golf course. In addition to the spacious and remodeled interior, the location in Ka'anapali across from Whalers Village provides easy access to the beach and amenities or the resort area with the ability to get away from the crowd. In fact, because most of the Ka'anapali Royal is long term rentals, the pool area is often uncrowded and the resort has a very quite feel. Fred and Luba will be retiring in 2015. Their daughter Leah, who grew up in the vacation rental industry, will be taking over full time management of their units. She is located on island in case of emergencies.
Why Fred and Luba chose Kaanapali
When looking to buy our condos on Maui we look for the quality building and the good size of the units.This building is built out of stone and the units are very large with large a large lanai. It's right on the golf course and the way the unit is situated it is 'cool' in the shade looking out to the pool and jacuzzi across the lawn.
What makes this Condo unique
We live on Maui in the Haiku area on the North Shore. Kaanapali Royal is our favorite place to come when we want to hang out in Kaanapali and take advantage of the snorkeling at 'Black Rock' next to the Sheraton. There's also great dining places along the beach. Or, we bbq by the pool and meet visitors like you from around the world!We think you are going to love life on the 'links' of the Kaanapali Golf Course.

We enjoyed our stay. After a hard day at the "BEACH" it was nice to come back to your condo to relax even more.
Nice! Just a couple of things but good location.
Issue with second bedroom fan and tv but others than that had a great time.... would recommend the property to others.
G101 was GREAT.....But
The experience we had renting G101 was overall really good. The only thing worth checking out is the overall status of the management of the facilities. This is a community of basically privately owned units with a management staff with very limited customer service capabilities. The unit itself is wonderful. The family that owns it has taken very good thoughtful care in maintaining it and upgrades are splendid. The spa was not working at the facility, and when we asked the facility management, it was "getting fixed"....But a few days later we were told the heater was fixed and that they'd ordered a motor to be made to make the "bubblers work". It would be a month before that part would arrive. If the owners "upgraded" the facility management staff, I believe customer satisfaction would be enhanced. But we had a GREAT time, G101 is as nice as the pictures. Thanks, Leah!!
Great place to stay!
I will stay here again! Very clean, quiet, convient, short walk to the beach. Just a very lovely place to stay.
The home felt very cozy and made you feel like you where at your own place. Very close to many shops, golf courses, and attractions. It was very clean and well maintained. This allowed us to enjoy our stay without worry of our accommodations. Thank you Fred and Luba!

$239/night+HI tax 13.25% & $125 cleaning
50% of reservation total is due upon booking as deposit.
Balance of reservation is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Accomodations tax is 9.25% plus General Excise tax of 4.16% on rental & cleaning.
Cleaning fee of $125 does not include maid service or dishes at time of departure.
There is a $75 unlimited parking fee paid directly to the front desk upon check-in
