Walk to the Beach and Skip to the Pool

Nestled behind the dunes in the quaint little complex of Sea Isle Village is Sea Gull's Nest. It is a fully remodeled 3bdrm/2bath, 1100 sq. ft. condominium with all the conveniences of home. Outside your backdoor is your own private patio. Open the gate and you are just steps away from the barbecue pit and the walkway that leads to the beach. The long sidewalk to the beach culminates with a steep walk over one of the sandy dunes. Be sure you wear your beach shoes because the sand can get very hot. Once over the dune you meet the nice, inviting Gulf of Mexico. We are located at Beach Access 3. If you choose to drive and park on the beach you will need a beach permit. The trailer that sells the permits is located in front of the showers as you enter the beach from the cut-off road. Steps away from your front door is our full-size, alluring swimming pool. You will enjoy relaxing, hanging out with friends or just swimming in our pool under the breezy palm trees. We invite you to come and take pleasure in this little hide-a-way we call Sea Gull's Nest.

Awesome location and roomy condo!

We loved this condo! We’ve stayed at sea isle in one of the 2 bedroom units before and I was shocked at how much nicer and roomier this unit was. The location is superb and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Will 100% stay here again.

The condo had a lot of space even more than the pictures make it look. The bedrooms are spacious as well. The walk to the beach was easy if you are able to walk without troubles. I would stay here again. It was close to everything you would want to do.

It was spacious, very clean. Well equipped with kitchen utensils. Bathrooms equipped with plenty of towels. Plenty of relaxation space in the living area. Nice Patio that overlooks the dunes. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is just as it appears. Very comfortable and roomy for our group. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in with plenty of seating at the table. The breezes on the back patio were wonderful and just out the back gate is the path to the beach. Linna and Clay are very responsive and accomadating. A pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Malachi's Easter Celebration

We've stayed in Sea Isle 3 different times. Once a 1 bedroom, once a 2 bedroom, and now this 3 bedroom. We absolutely love this condo community. This unit has a super back porch facing the dunes. We ate lunch on the 6 person patio table, on took in the sea breeze, sounds of waves, occasional seagulls. Thank you Clay and Linnie.

Ideal location

We were staying at another property farther south on the island, and their boardwalk was damaged in the hurricane right before we arrived. We could not access the beach at all! I found this beauty available one evening, the owners responded right away, and we got in the next morning. So willing to work with us and make our stay comfortable. My kids wanted to move here permanently. I was tempted. The beach access cannot be beat. Less than 10 yards from the back patio is the wash station with a hose. Dream come true. Location to town and restaurants is superb. The setup and layout of bedrooms and common areas worked so perfectly for our family of 6. They have added a washer and dryer not reflected in the listing, so that was a very pleasant surprise. Bring your own laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, though. It's an older property but the inside feels new. You can hear a lot of noise from the unit above, but I don't think it was anyone's fault. Just an observation. We were used to it by the end of the stay. Tip: With the pandemic, we found a lot of restaurants, closed or not accepting to-go or call-in orders due to the town being so crowded.

Thank you for your generous review. I am glad we were able to help you in a pinch and your family's beach vacation wasn't interrupted. I am sorry about the excess noise upstairs. We enjoy staying in our unit but also have issues with the noise. I don't know how to advise you on that. All of the units are privately owned by different owners, and are with different management companies. My manager has suggested telling her and she will let the management company handle the problem. I don't know if that helps. I don't like to hear this in my review. I appreciate you telling me. The more this is mentioned in the property review the more complaining I do about the issue. I hope that eventually it will not fall on deaf ears. Thank you again for your kind words.

Awesome place! Having kids it was great that there was a walkway to the beach behind the condo and a pool in front. The place was clean. We only had one problem with the back gate but when I text them about it they were fast to response. I would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for quick getaway

I stayed at this condo with 6 women all over the age of 60. We have been going to Port Aransas once a year for over 30 years. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this condo. It is clean, close to the beach and has all the necessities needed. Very well worth it for the price. The only complaint is the beds in the back room. They make a lot of noise when you get in and out of them. Once you settle in they are comfy enough, but for older adults who have to go to the bathroom at night the noise usually wakes whoever else is in the room. Other than that, this condo is good for all our needs.

Great time

Clay and Linna were very responsive and very helpful. This property has 3 bedrooms and the location was perfect. It is a bottom floor unit and is close to the beach (within walking distance). We had 5 adults, a 5 month old grandson and an 8 year old grandson with us. There is a small grill and picnic table in the back yard. It was very clean. The people in the office were very nice as well. We LOVED the electronic lock as well! We will be back!!

Perfect Location, Great Condo
