This is a great place to vacation with friends. We really enjoyed our stay here. Especially when it rained and we played the golf themed game "Play Nine" all day. The beach is close enough to just go for a minute or to carry stuff down and stay all day. It would also be great, though less affordable, for a big multigenerational family. Especially those who require walker or wheelchair accessibility. The kitchen is well stocked though, weirdly, we couldn't find any measuring cups or measuring spoons. It literally had everything else and we managed just fine. The main beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds were pretty standard and fine for kids but not really for adults. Everything was very clean and worked well. Communication was great. I would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space. The kitchen had empty cupboards for our food and plenty of seating. Lots of dishes as well. The beds were comfy we enjoyed the balcony. We all enjoyed the house.

Great place to stay

Quick weekend trip

The house was amazing, especially huge main kitchen/dining area well stocked with anything you would need. All was clean as expected. There were a few loud neighbors partying on the balcony which didn’t bother us but upset one of the other neighbors to a point he was yelling threatening to call the cops. They were all much quieter after that. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. It’s walking distance from the beach. Having 2 kitchens and 2 refrigerators is a plus. The elevator was great for hauling stuff upstairs, but know that it doesn’t go to the 3rd floor and it is located in the garage. It was difficult for my mother who uses a cane to use.

This house is amazing for families and friends. All age limits. The elevator was a life saver for myself and my husband (in our 60's, with bad knees).The customer service was awesome... my granddaughter left an old stuffed animal behind, and for very sentimental reasons we had to get it back... they made sure to find and send it back!

Perfect Spot

This property was great for family of 12. Large dining table was a selling point so we could all gather for family dinner. Sleeping on all levels allowed for alone time. Very nice house

Very clean and nice house. But it is not very close to the beach and you cannot see the ocean from the house. The house needs a water hose outside.

Senior Boys Trip

We took a group of ten 17-18 year old boys for a beach trip before they start their senior year. The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The kitchen was the hub of activity and it had every utensil, gadget and cooking item we needed. The location allowed the kids to split their time between beach and pool easily. We rented 2 golf carts through the company recommended by the VRBO and I can’t recommend that enough - it was a great experience and really enhanced our trip.
