Comfortable contemporary villa, with an area of 160 m2 set on a hill planted with 1100 m2, sea view, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and living room with a ceiling fan in the bedrooms, swimming pool (7 deckchairs, 2 parasols, outdoor shower, child alarm security ), wifi, 2 TVs with very complete satellite package (Canal plus, Canalsat big screen, Bein, Rmc sport…). Four bedrooms with double bed + cot and high chair, possibility of using a comfortable sofa bed and extra bed, 2 bathrooms with 1 separate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, many covered terraces, laundry room and ping pong table in the basement, gas BBQ, full linens provided as an option.

Located in a quiet housing estate less than 5 minutes from shops (Drive, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.), sea access 10 minutes away.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir durften wunderschöne 2 Wochen in der Villa verbringen. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung, auch für zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Das Haus ist ausserordentlich gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht & mehr (Küche, Bad, Waschküche, Utensilien für den Pool, etc.) Der Pool ist fantastisch! Unser Gastgeber Didier und seine Frau waren sehr fürsorglich und konnten uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung geben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, herzlichen Dank!!

Das Objekt ist im Nordwesten Korsikas sehr verkehrsgünstig nach Bastia und zum Flughafen gelegen in einer sehr ruhigen Einfamilienhaus-Siedlung (Villen-artig) - und ein wahrer Traum. Die landenden oder startenden Flugzeuge sind jedoch nicht nennenswert wahrnehmbar - man freut sich eher dass mal was vorbeifliegt. Die Bahnlinie, die so etwa einmal die Stunde per Diesellokomotive vorbeijuckelt ist schon lauter! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und hervorragend möbliert und alle Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wir haben alle lange nicht mehr auf so guten Matrazzen in Ferienwohnungen geschlafen! Der Pool bietet zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit eine willkommene Erfrischung und hat einen schönen Blick Richtung Meer ist aber selber kaum einsehbar. Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet was der Mitteleuropäer wünscht und der Vermieter ist immer sehr hilfsbereit (und auch sehr nett - Elsässer, der viel besser Deutsch als Englisch spricht) - Eine sehr gute Wahl - wir haben und sehr erholt!!
