Waterfront Charmer with Pool, Hot Tub, Games, and Bikes.

My husband Dennis and I have four boys and own vacation rentals in Michigan. We purchased this gorgeous home in Florida in 2019 as a future retirement home. We have made it perfect for our family to go down and enjoy ourselves with plenty of games, puzzles, bikes, and new comfortable beds which make for the best vacations. We pride ourselves in giving our tenants a relaxing and fun experience . We look forward to providing you with a great home that we hope you will frequent with your family for years to come.

We have rented properties in the area and have provided all of the things we have enjoyed as well as things we wish we would have had during our stays at various vacation rentals. 2 Master suites great for 2 famillies. A large covered screened in lanai was one of our number one priorities. This is where we spend most of our time. My kids love the hook toss game that we have installed on the lanai(we discovered this game in the Virgin Islands, so fun!). We have plenty of seating outside for meals as well as games. We also have an outdoor relaxing sitting area with television for movie nights as well as watching golf or sports by the pool while the family plays volley ball or basketball on the blow up toys. We purchased bikes for trips to the marina(2 blocks away) which has great restaurants, Tuesday night bands, shopping, and plenty of people watching. You can boat there as well if you decide to rent a boat. We needed plenty of space so we found a home with a Den for an extra friend to sleep over(so 8 comfortably, 1 king, 2 queens, 3 twins). The kitchen was a major priority as well. This kitchen is huge and has plenty of cupboard space. We provide everything you need for a great cooking experience with top of the line appliances. The main master is very large with king size bed, huge bathroom with walk in shower(glass surround)There is a 2nd master bedroom with queen bed and private bath, The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, and a den with privacy french doors and another twin bed. The 3rd full bath is in the hallway for the other bedrooms to split as well a pool bath(4th) on the lanai so that wet feet never need to enter the home. Another very important priority for us was to be close to gulf. We had rented homes that were a very long boat ride to the gulf. Our home is about 10 minutes to open water and manatee mile. A perfect location.

Two large living rooms to spread out plus an outdoor living space and a den for kids to play their video games(video games not supplied) Very close to the gulf( A short boat or car ride) 30 minutes to my favorite island to go shelling(Sanibel Island) You can rent an outboard boat and park it near the beach and have a picnic and shell. Bikes provided, corn hole game, hook toss game, puzzles, board games, books. There is so much to do!
