Feel at home from the moment you arrive. Enjoy time together in the generously sized great room, graced with a super sized cloud sectional, a 65" flat screen TV, Lutron lighting system, surround sound and a set of triple glass sliding doors that lead out to the backyard oasis. Relax and enjoy the views of your private open air pool while dining Al fresco with seating for 6 or grab a snack and cool off in the expansive kitchen area after a day in the FL sunshine. With an extra large built in stainless refrigerator, Thermador double oven, island cook top and splash sink the kitchen is well equipped for in home chef meals, with many of the comforts of home.

An inviting master bedroom retreat is complete with king bed, quality mattress, 6 drawer dresser, 2 nightstands, dimmable lighting, oversized full length mirror, sliding doors with pool view and a gorgeous en suite bathroom with double sinks (new extra large vanity, 2 sinks installed-photo coming soon) an expansive shower and an ohhh so relaxing tub! Plenty of closet space to hang your clothes, and to keep your luggage out of sight is a plus. The closet also includes a built in safe with code set by guest.

Each of the tastefully designed guest bedrooms, have white modern queen size beds with a twin pull out trundle and a 40" flat screen tv. Cotton linens and pillows are provided for all the beds and hangers are in all of the bedroom closets.

The remodeled guest bathroom offers a stand up shower, new toilet, sink and vanity. There is a full size front load washer and dryer in the garage (Summer 2025 coming soon..interior laundry pending expansion) and you can enjoy a neighborhood bike ride on one of your 4 beach cruiser bikes.

We're thinking of you even before you pack! Save room in your luggage for your personal items and toiletries.
While you're here we provide pool and bath towels as well as a set of linens and pillows for each bed. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, hand soap, washcloths and hand towels. For your convenience. we also provide starter supplies inclusive of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, a new sponge, garbage bags, dish soap dishwasher pods, detergent and other "I'm on vacation and don't want to run to the store" items.

All televisions in the home are Smart TV's. Apps (Hulu, Netflix, You Tube, etc) are accessible for streaming with your log-in password. Master bedroom TV & living room are logged into Samsung TV Plus (Live streaming channels) and both also have Roku for live TV.

A pack and play is available for use and we are happy to assist with any other baby/toddler/child needs.
Concierge services are available and can assist with Chef Services, Grocery Pre- stocking, Golf cart rental (4-6 seater), Airport Transfers, Massages, Excursions, Yachting, Fishing and more.
Are you looking to bring your boat!? Let us know, our boat dock is available (up to 40') separate from your vacation rental. Proof of insurance required.

By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1) On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification, security deposit authorization with credit card, and short term agreement w/pool waiver for access to the home.
2) Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**
3) Outdoor security cameras are present on the exterior of the home, front and back, and in the garage. Security cameras record video and voice, however they are not actively monitored. Cameras may not be covered or tampered with by guest. Owner/Manager reserves the right to view the cameras to verify guest count, or if any complaints are received.
4) 6 Adults Max-No pets-No unregistered guests, no unregistered boats permitted.
5) The Pool is heated to 85° December -April.
IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs during daytime hours when the pump runs and the control panel is locked, for management use only. It is suggested to use the solar cover when your are not using the pool, to keep the temperature warmer, which results in less time to heat the pool when cold outside.
6) Events hosted or Commercial Filming without owner knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, Girls/Guys Weekend, etc. ALL EVENTS/FILMING REQUIRE APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) Any additional fees will be discussed based on the individual request.
7) Violations of the short-term rental agreement will result in termination of stay without notice or refund
8) Guest is responsible for payment of damaged or missing items. The property is videotaped and photographed prior to each guest's stay. Upon arrival, if anything is not as expected, it must be reported within 12 hours.
9) Tropic Paradise has weekly pool service, and lawn service, and, monthly pest control services. You may see these vendors on site during your stay. Inside access is required for 5-10 minutes, for pest control services. If scheduled during your dates of stay, notice will be provided a day in advance; guests do not need to be present.
10) No fireworks, firecrackers, smoke bombs, or the like are permitted at Tropic Paradise.

Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for any and all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. No refunds will be provided due to neighboring construction. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.
