Whether you're looking for the perfect escape to work from home, just getaway or visit with family; we welcome you to our little "Village by the Sea" in beautiful Delray Beach!

Whip up breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or relax on the couch after a long day at the beach, all the essentials are waiting for you. With 1000 square feet of living area, the spacious open living room, dining room and kitchen area along with Master bedroom, bonus room with 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 outdoor patio areas, are well furnished and attractively decorated.

For those nights you need a break from the many delicious downtown restaurants there's no doubt you'll enjoy a meal al fresco in one of the tropical outdoor areas, dining room or at the breakfast bar.
You'll find your kitchen well-appointed with basic small appliances (microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Drip coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, crock pot, waffle maker + more) and all the pots and pans you could need. Stocked with plenty of coffee mugs, serving trays, glassware, dishes and silverware with service for 8, you'll have all the comforts of home. Commonly used spices, dish soap, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods are provided.

The master offers a King bed with 14" luxe mattress, king pillows dressed in cotton linens, full length mirror, luggage rack, an en-suite bathroom, closet with wood hangers, 42" Roku flat screen TV, 6 drawer dresser, night tables, ceiling fan, hi-hat dimmable lights, usb ports, and 2 bed side lamps. The backyard area, with a small fenced yard, invites you to lounge under an umbrella or soak up the sunshine, with access from the master bedroom.

Better than a hotel!

The bonus room offers three sleeping set-up options. You can choose a single twin bed, two twins or a *king size bed, depending on your groups needs. The twin trundles each have a quality Sealy pillow top mattress, and are dressed in 100% cotton linens (2 twin size blankets and 2 sheet sets or a King size comforter and sheet set) This small but cozy room has a ceiling fan with light, and hi hat lights, a night table, lamp, usb ports, large closet and a non locking barn door. Great room for kids, pack and play available upon request. *King bed requires entrance from the front, and to be clear, this is two twin beds (not xl) put together with a bed bridge and plush mattress pad to cover.
Bathrooms are stocked with bath and hand towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, and hand, and body pump soaps.

Light and bright, tastefully coastal; your living room has a 2-3 person sofa, 2 barrel chairs, large leather ottoman, ceiling fan and a 55' flat screen TV (Live streaming TV via Roku Live TV) There is a single step between the living room and the kitchen/dining area.
Just make sure to bring your sunblock to enjoy a walk or run along the beach or for a BBQ in the yard. No need to worry about packing beach towels or chairs, a portable speaker or a beach bag, we make it easy and include those! With your stay, you'll have use of our **Oceanside Beach card** which is good daily throughout your getaway. A beach shade cabana or umbrella, 2 cushioned lounge chairs and a side table are included on all the public beaches in walking distance to the unit.

Coastal Cottage is equipped with a compact GE washer and dryer and an ironing board and iron.

Apps on Living Room and Master Bedroom Roku Tv (Netflix, Hulu, You Tube, etc) can be accessed with your login.

Parking for 2 small vehicles (or 1 larger vehicle) is available on site, and Coastal Cottage offers self check-in, with key pad entry. A personalized code is programmed for each stay.

Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

~All confirmed reservations, require an e-signed short term agreement, credit card authorization for security deposit hold with a copy of the card, and ID verification for all Guests over 18 years of age, for access to the property. Id and credit card must match.

~Vrbo bookings-- The "host fee" you will see in your charges list, as "admin fee", is the cc processing fee. No modifications will be made to Vrbo fee, taxes and cleaning fee.
Direct Bookings, no cc processing fee IF payment is made via check, wire or ACH payment.

~Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**

~4 adults max ~ NO pets

~Violations of the Short Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation.

~Guest is responsible for payment of damaged or missing items. The property is videotaped and photographed prior to each guest's stay. Upon arrival, if anything is not as expected, it must be reported within 12 hours.

~The property behind Coastal Cottage was sold and leveled [summer 2023]. As of Jan 10, 2026, there is nothing happening. We don't have additional information regarding the start of their construction, however it is important to to note that there may be construction on this neighboring property, during your stay. The backyard may not be useable during the day if workers are on their property. No refunds or credits will be provided for neighborhood construction.
