A great apartment with a very comfortable king size bed and terrace. The apartment is well equipped, maintained, and conveniently located. Tons of shop, food, and transit stations nearby.

Thomas was helpful, we showed up late and he was patient. Room was clean
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk to all major attractions and easily take the metro. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was very hot in August, but thankfully they had a small fan. The little balcony was a very nice touch and we loved spending our evenings sitting outside. We would definitely recommend this property!
Great location, clean and nice property. Had a wonderful stay. Very few drawbacks include the 2 flights of stairs to finally reach the appartment, and not-so-easy to use washing machine, microwave and dishwasher, that requires getting used to, but overall a good experience.
Excellent communication and check-in/check-out process. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows, linens and towels were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay during our first visit to Paris. The location is great being so close to the Opera station. The apartment is exactly as described in the VRBO listing and it is tastefully decorated, just as in the listing pictures. We appreciated the ample closet space along the one bedroom wall and the 2 sinks in the bathroom made for an easy morning of getting ready to go. In short, the unit is well located, well managed and was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Karen
Great Location near the Opera. Easy walk to Champs Elysees. The unit was incredibly clean! Yes there is a flight of stairs, but it meant more privacy away from the street. I would recommend the unit.
We had a wonderful stay for our second time at this apartment. Meeting with their associate Thomas was easy and pleasant and he reminded us how to use the microwave and washing machine. The building had a fresh coat of paint inside and out and looked spectacular! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. The location is perfect for access to the metro or walking towards the Louvre or Montmartre. The Corner Cafe at the end of the street has the best croque monsieur we've had in Paris after several visits. Many thanks for your hospitality and we'll surely stay again!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything looked exactly as pictured, the space was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Having a private balcony was a huge plus and the neighborhood is very quiet. Special thanks to Cecile for helping us check in. Note that after you cross the courtyard, you take staircase B all the way to the top. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you!
Please buy a new mattress which would eliminate the waves and valleys in the current OLD OVERUSED model. Might want to get one with a comfort top and not as firm as this one. When my hips hurt sleeping on my side, it’s an issue. Horrible sleep is the word that comes to mind. I can live with everything else. Not this. Good luck.

Access and departure problems
The biggest disappointment was having to carry two heavy suitcases down four flights of stairs! The on line advertising mentions using a lift up to the second floor then to walk up two flights of stairs however on departure the lift was not working A request for assistance prior to departure to carry our bags down to ground floor level was met with an agreement to do this but that it would cost E50! It was mentioned to us on arrival that the lift is unreliable hence our belief that assisting with departure was appropriate We will not be staying at Leocadia again!
Très bon séjour, appartement bien placé et pourtant au calme. Bonne expérience

Not great for older travelers
1. We were unaware that in order to access the property, one must take an elevator in one building, cross an outdoor rooftop patio then climb two flights of semicircular stairs. The stairs are wooden and lean to one side, as do the floors in the second building.
2. The apartment is very modern with lots of storage in the bedroom, really lots. The living room and kitchen are one room. The couch sits facing the stove, sink and refrigerator. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. All that stuff leaves no room to put food stuffs. In the bathroom, the toilet paper is on a shelf above the toilet with no toilet paper easily accessible to the toilet. The shower is a nice modern shower but it has no shelf on which to place shampoo, , body wash. etc.
3. The major problem, and this is the fault of VRBO. This unit is owned by a company that owns a large number of units. Apartments and homes that are owned by an individual generally leave a notebook or set of instructions for how to operate the appliances in the home. They often also leave notes about close-by shopping, restaurants and attractions. When this was suggested to the head of the company, he said that the company owns too many units to be able to do that. I believe him. But VRBO ought to make a distinction between owner-leased properties and company-leased properties since one would then know that certain amenities will be missing in a company-owned property.
ps: They had to come back to the unit to explain how to get our wet wash in the washing machine to dry and we never figured out the coffee pot.
This apartment was very comfortable, particularly the bed. It’s a little tricky to navigate the entrance from the street and there are two flights of stairs to navigate. The biggest issue we had was not successfully being able to use the washer/dryer. Would suggest that a step by step written translation would be extremely helpful.
This is a great apartment in a charming old building. It is tucked away in the center of joined buildings so it is very quiet. Very comfortable bed. They had ice already made and ready which was a nice touch with the heat in the summer. Take notes or pay attention when first going to the apartment from the front door. It is a series of stairs, courtyard and more stairs and easy to get lost. Overall we were very happy with this apartment and would easily stay there again.
The perfect location for shopping and main tourist sights! The apartment was very clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe hanging space. It also had a small balcony perfect for catching the last of the evening sun. It did get quite warm in the apartment at night but there were two fans provided which we made use of. The communal areas do not live up to the standard of the apartment but you obviously just pass though so no issues. The apartment is tucked away behind other buildings and not street facing which made it much quieter than we were expecting for a city Centre location. Check in process was thoroughly explained and very easy, all communication prior to staying in fact was excellent . Great little apartment!
The apartment is in a perfect location within walking distance to all Paris sites. We enjoyed drinks and meals at the corner cafe, just down the road. We enjoyed the moon on the balcony while listening to music using the Bluetooth speaker provided. It was convenient having a washed/dryer available for our clothes. We would stay here again.
The apartment was very nice, although the living area was very small. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and easy to use.
The bedroom was large, with a king size bed and a lot of closet space. It also has a washer/dryer.
The young man Duy, who checked us in was extremely helpful.
The most difficult thing was finding the apartment once you were in the building.
