Quiet (8-minute bike ride to the beach), bright, air-conditioned

The center of the village is 8 minutes walk, the first beaches 12 minutes. Even shorter on a bike, the most popular means of transport on the island as soon as the weather is fine (island fully serviced by bike paths, very safe for walks with children)
The living room is through and opens onto the 2 main terraces. A 3rd terrace is sheltered, way préau. The terraces have a Fermob table and chairs. Another table and chairs Bistrot Fermob, easily movable, are available to fully enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day. There are also sunbathing for naps in the shade (from the olive tree! happiness !) or in the sun. A gas griddle in the patio adjoining one of the terraces allows you to make delicious barbecues throughout the year, taking advantage of the mild climate of the island of Ré.
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a large fridge with separate freezer, two Nespresso and Vertuo coffee machines, a Smeg toaster, ceramic hobs, oven, Limoges porcelain, etc. ... all the comfort and equipment necessary for the proper functioning of a kitchen worthy of the name. In the back kitchen, you will find a microwave and a washing machine drying, a stainless steel drying rack to extend outside the towels back from the beach, a vacuum cleaner, ...
The dining area with its light oak table and Tolix chairs can accommodate up to 6/8 guests. The work plan of the kitchen continues as bar counter, very nice to take a first drink sitting on stools while others are busy cooking.
The sofa is wide and welcoming to watch a good movie on the 100cm TV screen (Orange TV + Apple TV). A Marshall Bluetooth speaker is also available to connect his playlist, as well as a DVD player. Some armchairs and poufs around the coffee table for convivial evenings with friends or family.
A beautiful dresser in light oak offers you the opportunity to get out of the pretty dishes as well as a whole assortment of wine glasses, champagne glasses, spritz glasses, mojitos and liquor, etc. to make you elegant tables.
Board games and books are also available.
A corridor, isolated from the living room by a door, serves the 3 bedrooms. They have 160 beds (queen size). The mattresses are of high quality and feature a firm and fluffy couch with hospitality type mattresses.
A bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a bathroom in parental suite.
Bed linen and towels can be provided with flat rate. A compulsory supplement will be required for the final cleaning.
A deposit will be required on arrival (returned) in case damage occurred during your stay.
