At the first floor you find three sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, Sat TV , AC and big balcony. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be connected to a double bed, Sat TV, AC and balcony. They use a shared bathroom with shower or bath tub. Family Friendly.

Great villa & great host

Two amazing weeks spent in this beautiful villa. Stefani is amazing, very friendly, always available and helpful. Cleaning lady came every 3 days si house always great. What we most appreciated was how close it is to many many great restaurants: walk down the hill about 3 min and tou are in a little town full of great restaurants. Stefani had also great recommendations to where to eat. I most definitely recommend the stay there.

Great Villa

A great, clean villa for the whole family, with lovely views out to sea. Stefani was always available and responded to a few queries very promptly. The villa is perhaps not as well appointed as you might expect for the cost, and we were disappointed to learn that the jacuzzi in the pool hasn’t worked for 2 years, but all in all a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely Villa & Most Friendliest Hosts.

From the first enquiry, Booking arranging transfers, information during our stay to the end, Stefani was always so quick to answer any questions & gave us tips/recommendations and was always So friendly! The villa was very clean and modern & outside pool and gardens were perfect, The village was lovely the hill was a little steeper than expected but so many lovely bars and restaurants to visit. We got taxis to a few of the different beaches and restaurants further away that were recommended. Thank you Stefani and Family for our lovely stay in your Villa in Koutouloufari.

Villa Greece - the perfect getaway!

After three years of staycation's we were looking for something a little special for our first international trip in some time and Villa Greece was the perfect getaway. Situated at the top of a hill in Koutouloufari, the Villa offered privacy in a location that was a short walk from the village which had a great selection of bars and restaurants. If you're looking at the pictures and thinking 'wow' like we did you are in for a treat when you arrive as the villa is even better in person than even the pictures show. Stefani was the perfect host, she kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and helped us ahead of the visit with restaurant recommendations which was really helpful. She was even kind enough to go shopping for us ahead of our arrival so that we didn't have to go to the supermarket on our first day there - that really was an incredible touch. If you are looking for something offering privacy and is away from the tourist hotspots but that is accessible to these tourist hotspots if you want to visit then Villa Greece is for you. It is essential to have a car - particularly if you would like to visit Chania, Hereklion, Plaka or Elounda - but there are taxis available if you need them. Hersonissos is the nearest biggest town and is about a 20 minute walk downhill from the Villa. We would highly recommend Villa Greece if you are looking for a getaway for some rest, relaxation and time out from the world.

Lovely Home in a quaint village. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer

When planning our trip we decided to end our visit in Crete and had a tough time deciding which side of the island and where to go while visiting. Ultimately we made the decision to go to Heraklion, which led us to finding this property. We are happy we did and we wished we could have stayed longer. Firstly, Stefani was wonderful to work with. Very communicative and accommodated our arrival, which was around 20:00. The home is lovely and located on a very quiet street at the top of the village. The house we stayed in was one of two sister homes, that you can see in the photo, and although someone was staying in the home next door, it was very quiet. The exterior of the home was one of the reasons we wished we would have been there longer. Great pool with a huge deck area to lounge. The grounds are spectacular with a wonderful garden. There is an outdoor BBQ and dining area as well. The first floor of the home was very comfortable and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our short two day stay. The bedrooms are all on the second floor and the all have balconies with nice views down over the village and the sea. None of the rooms are huge, but all very comfortable. We were very, very pleased. As noted Stefani was delightful. She shared suggestions with us on where to shop and directed us to the local beaches. Walked us through the entire home and made sure we understood how everything worked. The location is about 30 minutes from the City Center in a small village that is full of shops and restaurants. It is a short walk down the hill to the village, where we ate several of our meals. The town along the sea is a bit further. You could walk it but I recommend a rental car if you are going to stay in this house. Also, there is a much larger grocery in the town than in the village. Overall a wonderful property that we are very happy we found. We would absolutely recommend this location.

Gorgeous and beachy!!

This house was immaculate. Truly felt brand new. We loved the beachy vibe. Our daughter slept comfortably in the 2 rooms and we enjoyed the master with a deck. The pool and outdoor shower was fantastic! Loved the location too although our kids didn’t want to walk up aks down the hill so we got a car so that we could shuttle them as well as go to the beach. Renting a car is super easy and walkable from the house! Would recommend this to any family. Wow.

My family and I enjoyed a fabulous holiday at Stefani's villa in Koutouloufari! Nothing was too much trouble for Stefani and her team whilst we were away, and the pictures of the villa really highlight how stunning the property is. The area of Koutouloufari is lovely for families - a good selection of restaurants and shops all within walking distance of the villa. We will definitely return, and cannot fault the villa, the area, or the outstanding Greek hospitality that we received during our stay. Thank you Stefani!

Stunning views, beautiful house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Koutouloufari, the house was lovely, the pool, the views, just perfect. The house is just a short walk from the village and there are so many places to eat you don't need to go anywhere else! Enough variety to keep young children happy and adults satisfied. Pithari lamb at Pithari restaurant was my personal favourite. Stefani was so helpful in advising and giving recommendations. The house was very well maintained and clean, if anything needed attention it was dealt with promptly. We had a fabulous, relaxing week. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had an amazing holiday and couldn't have chosen a better villa. Everything we needed was there and if it wasn't the host would always come to the rescue. We had the benefit of feeling like we had the home from home comforts but with added luxury! 5 star!

Koutouloufari Village with many local cretan Tavernas, small Cafes and bars is in just 3 min walking distance.
Koutouloufari is a village of roughly 600 inhabitants on the slope of Mt Pyrgias at an altitude of 100 metres. It is 29 kilometres east of Heraklion and less than 1,000 metres from coastal Hersonissos.
Koutouloufari with its narrow paved streets and old Cretan houses attracts those who want to spend their holidays in the busiest tourist area in Crete - which stretches from Heraklion to Agios Nikolaos, offering many beaches, attractions, sights and activities and is near archaeological sites such as Knossos and Malia - but who prefer to stay in a quiet environment with a traditional flavour and a lovely view of the Sea of Crete.
In Koutouloufari you will find old stone houses with arches,
Hersonissos town and the beach you will reach in 2 km distance.
