Newly Renovated UNIT 4D4: Enviably located on the corner of our top floor, this beautiful professionally-decorated two-bedroom condo glistens with a sleek and modern "under the sea" effect!

You'll be in heaven as soon as you open the door! From the smart and sophisticated kitchen to the stylish furnishings and unique lighting fixtures, gorgeous appointments are everywhere. Extra-corner windows provide plenty of light and an airy, relaxing ambiance. Flat screen TVs in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom. No sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Fourth-floor corner location offers a glorious wrap-around vista of sand, sky and water. Relax on the lanai and savor panoramic sightings of birds, osprey and dolphins!

City of Sanibel License: RDWL-011205

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Ocean's Reach is a calm, tranquil place located right off West Gulf Dr. on Sanibel Island. The rental unit was true to the pictures, very clean, and stocked with everything a couple might need for a week's vacation. The location is quiet, peaceful, right on the beach with wonderful views of the ocean, wildlife and sunrise and sunsets. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo was fully updated, very clean, and had an amazing view. Do not hesitate to book this top floor location with covered parking. The entire property is well kept and maintained. The beach was never overly crowded during our stay and if you are into sea shells you do not need to walk far to find almost every kind in Florida. They are right outside the property and can be found everywhere you look. Yes, even a few sand dollars. My wife and I travel a great deal, and I would recommend this location if coming to Sanibel Island. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was updated with plenty of space to prepare meals. One note, depending on the time of year make sure to take bug spray if you are not familiar with Florida. The no-see-ums are common in Florida on the outer islands and without a good can of bug spray, with Deet, you may find more than a few bites in the early morning or early evening walks. Unlike mosquitoes, you won’t notice the bites from those no-see-ums until it’s too late. Again, highly recommend this property and location. Do not hesitate to book this condo for your next trip!

The condo itself is beautiful, though there are areas that need painting. The building is somewhat drab, the pool was ok. This is a very quiet area, we saw very few people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nicely updated unit with gorgeous views and easy access to the beach and pool. We had a great time and I will stay here again. My only critique is that the kitchen is very minimally stocked with cooking supplies. It was fine for throwing together simple breakfasts and lunches, but it would be limiting if trying to prepare anything more involved.
