Nicely decorated, fully equipped in gated Strand golf & Country Club. Second floor condo has 2 bedroom, 2 bath includes laundry, eat in kitchen,liv/ dining, den, single car garage, and a lanai with a beautiful view from second-floor of golf course. In addition , the unit is located close to the Wedgewood condo pool. Master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and full bath. Second bedroom has queen bed. All bedrooms have TV's . The main living /dining area and den have HD TV's . The unit also has complimentary cable tv and high speed internet/wifi. The Strand Club has new resort style amenities and is conveniently located in North Naples. Minutes to numerous shopping areas (Including high-end Mercado shopping and dining complex) and plenty of restaurants. Publix grocery ,seed to table, Waltmart, and Target sit just outside front entrance to the Strand , making grocery shopping a breeze. Activities located nearby include Sun-N-Fun Lagoon (waterpark), the children's Museum , Naples Zoo several miniature golf courses. The Strand is located just off I-75 Nearby beaches include; Vanderbilt Beach, Barefoot Beach, and Delnor-Wiggins State Park

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Application fee to get approved  by the HOA association
There is a member ship transfer of $350.00 which provides you with access to the main club. With the exception of golf.
We have a 3 month minimum stay during the winter season. Between the months of May to November there is a 1 month minimum.

Beautiful townhouse

Home was furnished nicely and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 month stay. Owners were wonderful to work with. Definitely renting again for next year.
