Beliggende på 3. sal i "Hôtel de La Rochepot", en tidligere privat palæ fra det 17. århundrede En 70 m2 hems, klassificeret 5 *, til 2 personer, venter på dig og kombinerer charme og komfort i en moderne barok stil.

Fantastic apartment!

This apartment is wonderful. Excellent location, tons o f space, and the AC was just what we needed during the heat wave. I would definitely recommend this apartment to all of my friends and family.

Trip to burgundy

The overall stay was very good. We did have a little a little trouble reaching the host while we were awaiting the access codes to enter but she did return our call ultimately and we received the codes. Access was as described although the third floor in Europe is the fourth floor to Americans. Location had great access to restaurants and activities in Beaune. Parking was a short distance from the loft and can be busy if you are coming and going. Also not park in middle location cause car access can be tricky. Car parking is very tight. Had to enter from passenger side of car a couple times. Overall really loved the location.

Great location in Beaune.

Very nice loft in the heart of the city. If you are unable to climb 66 steps up (and then down, of course) look for a place with elevators (hotels). Very clean and spacious. Bedroom upstairs. Bathroom downstairs. Combo washer and dryer was very convenient. Definitely a plus. Full-sized refrigerator. Stove, microwave oven and dish washer. Just remember, this loft is on Place Monge, not Rue Monge. Easy to confuse. Motion detector lights worked sporadically in corridor to the street. Non-existent in stair well. Have the flashlight on your phone handy if you come back to the loft late at night. All in all, a good place and location.

Great Stay!

I loved everything about the Rochepot Loft! Excellent air conditioning, luxurious bathroom and shower, high-end kitchen, and very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. Plus, a perfect location in Beaune. I hope to return!

Perfect location!

Apartment was just as described in the listing. Beautiful view out of the window. Apartment was very clean. It was easy to find and there were ample places to park close to the apartment to get the luggage up to the unit. The parking garage is nearby. I would recommend this apartment to someone who wants to be in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance and who has no health issues preventing moving luggage up the steps.

Modern loft apartment, centrally located

This charming loft was perfect for my husband and I! Upbeat, tasteful modern decor. Impeccably clean. Communication through “ what’s app” with the owner was very easy and prompt. Directions and pictures on how to access the property very clear. Amenities very comfortable: sheets, towels, king bed, ample shower, separate WC. Kitchen well-stocked with accessories, cookware. Comfortable living room area. Perfectly located in center of town within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, Hotel Dieu, tasting rooms, cafes, park and ramparts. Would highly recommend! Note: as owner states in description, there are 3 flights of stairs up to apartment-loft. Steps are wide and solid. No elevator. Be mindful of your luggage to carry. This was NOT an issue for us, age 64.

Great location!

This was a perfect location for exploring Beaune. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Though the parking was not onsite, it was good to have. The apartment is nicely appointed.

Beaune

Wonderful location in an older building in downtown Beaune. Beautiful views from the third floor unit. We thought the shower and the king bed were both excellent. The washing machine is a 2 in 1 that also provides drying. Parking in the nearby garage was smooth.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Beaune und zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass Corinne eine tolle Gastgeberin war. Sie hat uns beim Check in alles super erklärt und die Wohnung selbst war einfach wunderschön. Die Lage war Top ! Wahrscheinlich nicht das letzte Mal von uns gebucht.

Value Exercise Location Comfort

My wife and I loved this updated unique 2 story loft on a nice square in Beaune. There is no over stating that you must enjoy the workout you'll get from climbing a gorgeous 3 flight spiral stone staircase to get to this lovely property. Once inside the sleeping area up another flight of stairs overlooking the living area in an open floor plan. Great shower! Everything is new and the entire space is 1st class. Stunning view of the clock tower through a small window. Parking was free with a provided access card. Google maps made it a challenge to drive to the loft due to use of pedestrian only zones, so plan the way in before you go. Getting to the garage with google maps was no problem. Communication with owner was excellent. Enjoy! We would stay here again for sure.

Loft de la Rochepot

The loft was awesome with a complete kitchen and separate toilette room. Very comfortable with the bedroom on a separate mezzanine. The host(s) are great and the neighborhood can’t be beat. It is in the center of Beaune walkable to all center town attraction including Hospice de Beaune, Musèe de Vin, Wine Market. Great place to plan tours of Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune vineyards and winery tours (domaines) from. Lots of shops and restaurants as close as just out the front entrance of the building and dozens within 3 short blocks. The parking pass is also very helpful if you have a car. The only small challenge, and the host is clear in the listing, the loft is 65 stairs up a historic staircase. The loft is on the 3rd floor by French reconning, but those of us from North America who start counting with 1 as the ground floor know it to be the 4th floor. It was good exercise and did not slow us down.

Perfect!

The apartment was in an excellent location, right near everything to see in Beaune. It was very spacious and clean. The large shower was much appreciated after a week in hotels, and the washer/dryer let us reset with all clean luggage. We wouldn’t change anything about our stay, and we will definitely look for this booking when we come back!

Stylish apartment in excellent location

This is a beautiful apartment with top quality fit out, especially the bed and shower. However there was a lack of comfortable seating. We really appreciated the free parking in a nearby parking area and the very central location.

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. The location was hard to beat as the entire city is walkable from this location.

What a lovely apartment! I wish I could stayed longer. You have to climb 3 flights of stairs, so you’ll be fit as well. :-)

Delightful property

This apartment was beautifully decorated with the best of all amenities. Beautiful views. Loved the laser show off the clock tower. Close to everything. Owner put a lot of thought and effort into what was provided. Much appreciated! The stairs would not be for everyone, but the apartment was worth the climb!

Superb apartment

A stylish and comfortable apartment in the centre of town. This attic space has been imaginatively designed with every tech gadget available. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The super king size bed is…….super. But be prepared. While the decor and furnishings are modern, the building itself is not. There are some 60 stone steps in the spiral staircase to the top - which at least keeps one’s heart healthy! Parking (with a free parking pass provided) is located in a secure car park a few minutes walk away. But we had no difficulty in parking the car outside to load and unload cases beforehand. So a very nice experience!

Great apartment, perfect location

This apartment had everything we needed and was in the perfect location in the middle of Beaune. It was very clean, recently renovated and spacious for the two of us. Air conditioning worked well as did the wifi. Corrine was very responsive if we needed anything, and both the check in and check out process was simple and straightforward. Definitely recommend this apartment!

Perfect location!

Great little place! Well equipped and nice decor. We thought the 4 flights of exterior steps would be an issue but it wasn’t. The only thing it took us awhile to get used to were the stairs to the loft bedroom. They are very narrow and steep and made for tricky middle-of-the-night visits to the downstairs bathroom.

Beaune beauty!

We so enjoyed our stay in the Loft. It was an adventure getting up to the space with our luggage but we Americans just overpack! Beautifully furnished with everything we needed, fresh linens and an amazing location. Great time!

Un très bel écrin au coeur du centre historique

Ravis de notre séjour dans ce superbe loft en plein coeur de Beaune qui allie le charme d'un bâtiment historique et modernité. Les photos tiennent leur promesse, tout y est parfait : grand confort de la literie, calme, meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Corinne est une hôtesse très agréable. Très beau loft

Nous recommandons cette location qui est bien située au centre de Beaune. L'inconvénient ce sont les escaliers qui vont jusqu'au 3ème étage pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés pour marcher. Corinne la propriétaire nous a bien informés. Le garage public est à deux pas et l'accès très facile.
