In the heart of Walloon Brabant, 110 m2 duplex with living room, American kitchen, bedroom (double bed), bathroom and shower, in the outbuilding of a property bordering the Golf de l'Empereur. The place is very quiet and bucolic but close to the urban centers of the South of Brussels (Waterloo, Genappe, Ottignies, Louvain-la Neuve and its university, Nivelles, Wavre) and the ruins of the Abbey of Villers-la Ville. The immediate environment is made up of golf, fields and forests. Nearby supermarket 3 km away.

Apparterment très propre et très bien équipé dans un environement champêtre en face d'un beau golf et de prairies où paissent de jolies vaches et même des familles de canards se promènent sur le golf (avec son bon restaurant). Proche des commerces de Genappes en voiture, à 15 minutes

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt organisiert.Cathrine und Harold sind herzliche und tolle Gastgeber. Sie waren äußerst hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und sehr darum bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten (nochmals vielen Dank für die köstliche Zitrone).Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und gepflegt und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt eine schöne Sitzecke draußen und einen absolut traumhaften Garten.Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns der unkomplizierte Check-in und Check-out sowie die schnellen Antworten auf unsere Nachrichten.Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
