Welcome to this pleasant ground-floor apartment, ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday. It boasts a lovely sunny terrace, quick access to the beach via a pedestrian path, and a secure private parking space.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a separate sleeping alcove equipped with two bunk beds, perfect for children, a shower room and separate WC, a bright living room opening onto the terrace with a comfortable dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and storage.

The large terrace provides a true extension of your living space, ideal for breakfast in the sun, al fresco dining, or relaxing after a day at the beach. You will also appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the residence, the quick access to the sea, and the convenience of a secure private parking space. A perfect place for a couple's or family holiday, combining comfort, tranquility, and immediate proximity to the coast.

A €400 security deposit will be required by credit card imprint before your stay.
Pets allowed (supplement: €50) - Tourist tax not included.

Location très bien située

Location conforme et très bien située ; nous avons apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Le dépôt de pain, supérette, rôtisserie etc sont à deux pas de la résidence ; il y a un bel espace vert pour promener les chiens et la terrasse est bien agréable (nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisins de part et d'autre pendant notre séjour donc pas de soucis de vis à vis) L'agence est très réactive au moindre souci (le propriétaire également) On a rapidement des réponses aux mails, etc Un petit bémol pour la literie qui est un peu moyenne pour les personnes souffrant du dos et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de clim car dans la chambre, il faisait très chaud malgré le ventilateur (pas de fenêtre directe) ; Je pense que le rapport qualité prix est très correct quand même vu la situation ; L'électroménager est top (plaque induction vraiment top et machine à laver avec lavages rapides ce qui est pratique en vacances) A recommander

Impression générale correcte, dommage, la terrasse n'est presque pas séparée de celle des voisins. Juste un petit muret.
