Good day, thank you for taking time out of your day to review the property. Thank you for your feedback and apologize that we initially fell short of expectations. We show that you reported the beach access process was an inconvenience due to the only one key fob left for guest use. We do sincerely apologize for this and understand your feedback. Unfortunately, the HOA oversees these fobs and only gives us the one for this property. However, we have taken your feedback into consideration and will pass this along to the HOA to see if they can also take into consideration our guest's feedback. We thank you for your feedback and apologize your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We at Southern strive to make our guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. Prior to each guest checking in, Southern provides a link to our guest portal containing property information and amenities offered in each unit. In the interest of our guests, Southern provides an initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag however, any additional items needed that were not listed in the guest portal description, must be provided by the guest. Unfortunately, Southern does not provide condiments, spices or other personal cooking items, we do ask our guests to provide those. Regarding the internet issue, our deepest apologies. Due to the surrounding area's process of upgrading to fiber, this has unfortunately at times caused some interruptions in the Wi-Fi services. We do apologize as this most likely was the issue but would like to assure you this is not an ongoing problem. The Owner provides games in this unit for guest use. They are located in the cabinet near the game table. We appreciate all guest feedback and are happy to pass it along to our management team for future consideration.
