Se encuentra en un barrio residencial de Quilmes (si, de donde viene la cerveza) ubicado muy cerca de la cervecería y malteria Quilmes, es un barrio tranquilo y posee una cochera (garage) para guardar el vehículo.
Posee una reja previa a la puerta de entrada y unas escaleras para ingresar a la vivienda. La misma esta equipada con Heladera, Microondas, Lavarropa, Secarropa, Cocina, Horno, Wifi, TV 40" 4K, Estufas, Sillones, Camas, Blancos, Vajilla completa, tender, termo tanque, etc.
Al subir las escaleras de entrada se encuentra el living junto a la cocina, un pequeño pasillo hacia los dos dormitorios y el baño en medio. Escaleras arriba se encuentra el lavadero y luego la terraza.

Siempre nos encontramos haciendo cambios, remodelaciones y adquiriendo nuevas cosas para poder brindarles la mejor experiencia posible, asimismo cualquier inquietud, duda o requerimiento especial sera atendido lo mas pronto posible.
