A newly remodeled guest suite features an exposed brick fireplace and more classic details, offset by neutral, relaxing hues and organically refined accents. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 4 guests. One queen-size bed and one queen-size sofa bed with a 10 inch thick Air Dream Mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cooktop and cooking utensils.

Please note: Our friendly senior dog lives on the property. While they are completely separate from the studio, you may hear an occasional bark when someone arrives to the front door.

The neighborhood has also long been home to many actors, television personalities, and studio executives. Cheviot Hills is centrally located, minutes away to Beverly Hills, UCLA, USC, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica and Venice beach, close to downtown LA and LAX airport.
