This amazing self-catering three storey villa set in private grounds is just five minutes from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities in the heart of Rawai with local restaurants and shopping in the immediate area, the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity.

Ideal for families, couples or large groups, enjoy evening meals on the roof terrace taking in the breath taking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.

The open plan living/dining area fully air-conditioned has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There are four bedrooms, three en suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share.

Further Nai Harn Activities: Snorkeling and diving trips go from Rawai beach, 5 minutes from the villa. One can also hire a speedboat and go around the many uninhabited islands just off the coast. There is horse riding 10 minutes from the villa. One can hire sea kayaks or boats on Nai Harn beach, sailing lessons are also available. There are several local spa's and health and beauty centers. There are ATV tours, elephant safari's and a snake show 10 minutes from the villa. On Nai Harn beach there is a monastery and about 20 minutes away is Wat Chalong Buddhist Temple. Excellent night life is not far with Kata, Karon and Patong 15 - 30 minutes away. There are also numerous small bars in the immediate area and two night clubs open until 6 am, these are liveliest in the high and mid seasons. Phuket has a number of high standard golf courses; the closest one to the villa is Phuket Country Club golf course which is 20 minutes away. Fishing expeditions run from Rawai beach.

Phuket zoo is about 15 minutes away and there is also great shopping 20 minutes away in Central, or for local markets Karon and Kata have a good range of stalls selling everything from fake clothes to watches, CDs, DVDs and tourist souvenirs. There is great surfing to be had on Nai Harn beach at the end of the dry season and in the rainy season.

Refurbished in 2024: The villa has under gone some major refurbishments during summer of 2024 ready for the new high season. We have installed a new modern western kitchen, new bathrooms and floor tiling both inside and out.

The garden has been landscaped and the entire property inside and out has been redecorated.

New furniture have been purchased for both the garden and pool areas as well as the roof top terrace.

The 4th bedroom is a detached studio over the car port next to the pool, it has it's own access from the garden without disturbing the other guests in the villa. It is fully fitted out to the same high standard and in the same style as the main house.
