Had a great visit to this "out of the ordinary" home in quiet rural setting. Amenities were top notch and well thought out. Thanks for sharing your beautiful chalet.
We loved staying in this house and will be back! Great location away from it all but still close enough with plenty to do. Very clean, beautifully decorated, property well-maintained. Felt like a home away from home and we didn’t need to plan ahead for any additional supplies. Thank you for a great stay!
The home was really beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time and will definately be looking to book again in the future. It was the perfect weekend retreat for my wife and I. Thank you to the property owner.
Wife and I spent the weekend here for our anniversary. House was very well decorated and super clean. Very secluded surrounded by woods. Relaxing atmosphere Had everything we needed. Only a short drive to Nashville, IN with lots of dining options.
Will definitely stay here again.
This was a great spot for my sister and I to spend the weekend relaxing! A quick drive into the square but far enough away that it was quiet and secluded. The place is SO cute! We loved the decor and modern vibes of this place. And it’s a great size for just a 2 person cabin. The bed is super comfy as well! It had everything you would need as far as the basics are concerned. We really enjoyed our stay!
We were in town for our daughter's graduation from IU. Although the location was about a 15–20-minute drive to campus, it was a beautiful drive and respite from the chaos of Bloomington over the weekend. The house is very well appointed with a modern ski lodge feel and everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the entire property just beautiful with all the trees and great porch to relax on. Short drive to Nashville that has a variety of eating establishments, and stores for candy and ice cream! We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful visit to the area and this rental home. Nashville has a nice mixture of art and culture along with nature. The town has great shops and restaurants and the state parks offer great hiking. The house itself is off a hilly road outside of town on a quiet lot among the trees. The photos and property descriptions are accurate. The house is very modern, clean, and comfortable inside and out. I would recommend this home to anyone. It is a very pleasant place to stay.
This place was gorgeous and immaculate. The entire place has been lovingly decorated and is very well cared-for. There was one small issue when we arrived, but the manager, Greg, was there to take care of it almost immediately. No complaints at all. It's actually nicer in person than it looks in the pictures.
When my partner and I arrived we were amazed of how beautiful the property was! It had a vintage/ modern style in the house. It was so quiet too i highly recommend coming here if you need to get some peace and quiet.
Wow, what a beautiful property! I've rented many houses in the Brown County area, and this was by far my favorite. My boyfriend and I appreciated the mid-century/cozy cabin design details, the home was very well stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the firepit and outdoor area, but wish we'd have stayed longer so we could enjoy the inside of the house more. We plan to return to this property in the near future!
My wife and I were blown away by this property. The interior is stunning and there are so many places to sit outside and feel like you’re away from everything. The proximity to Nashville is great too. We will absolutely try to come back in the future.
This property is truly a hidden gem! A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Care is taken to ensure that guests have the best stay possible. The deck with firepit, yard swing, and stocked pond for fishing took this property to the next level. We will definitely be returning soon! (Note to guests that intend on cooking/eating in: We found everything we needed to cook our meals. However, there is a limited amount of tableware, so you may consider bringing some paper products as well as storage containers for leftovers.)
Wonderful place and experience. This awesome cabin is even better in person. So many nice details and touches. Plenty of kitchen stuff- plates, pans, etc. All in good shape and of nice quality. Comfy bed and linens. The delicious selection of shower gels and shampoo-used a different flavor each day! Good shower! The orange appliances were so cool and fun. Very little here “done on the cheap”. The deck is cool, with a lovely wooded view- many small critters and birds galore. Loved the ski lift chair-swing.
I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO’s - it’s how I vacation, this is definitely one of the top properties. Well looked after and clean.
I was very impressed that the owner, Greg, checked in on my stay, in person. I was lounging out on the deck - and he came by. Again, this shows me a high level of caring and hospitality. When the host does this, even via text or call…it’s a class move. It’s also nice when the owner is in the area, not hours away.
I will be staying again!
This home is so so so nice! One of the newest and cleanest VRBO houses I have ever stayed at. The architecture, decor, and furniture of the house is perfect... so many high end touches that make the house so beautiful to stay in. Comfy bed! Only a 12 minute drive to downtown shopping in Nashville, IN. Loved it!
