5-bedroom villa located inside world-renowned Casa de Campo Resort less than a mile (or 5-minute golf cart ride) to Playa Minitas!

THIS VILLA ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF 10 OVERNIGHT ADULT GUESTS.

KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Indoor dining table with seating for 10 guests. Barstool seating at kitchen island for 2 guests. Outdoor dining table near BBQ with seating for 6 guests.

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:

-Sonos bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.

STAFF:
-2 full time staff who work 8am-5pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private staff entrance and private maid’s quarters.

Located about a mile to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club! Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, golf courses, and much more.

RESORT FEE: Not included in the nightly rate is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of resort amenities and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Per person, per night current rates are:
$30/adult (ages 13 and older)
$15/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival to the resort. Thank you for your understanding.
