ラスコリナス（「ザヒルズ」）に位置するこの美しくて活気に満ちたヴィラは、カサデカンポのグレートマリーナデチャボンを見下ろします。 背の高い木製の天井と涼しい夜風に恵まれたこの絶妙に装飾されたヴィラは、休暇に最適な雰囲気を作り出しています。 「ファラロン」の中間にあるため、ミニタスビーチからわずか数分のところにあり、同時にアルトスデチャボンからも数分のところにあります。

ヴィラの正面玄関を開くと、最初に大きなダブルリビングルームと、リビングとダイニングエリアを備えたオープンテラスが見えます。 しかし、すぐにあなたの目は向こうに見えます…あなたはカリブ海がチャボン川の河口に出会うのを見ます！

玄関のすぐ後に家の幅を走る広いベランダに続いて、左側に大きな机、wi-fi、薄型テレビ、ステレオサラウンドシステムを備えたエアコン完備のスタジオがあります。

この家の左翼には6つの寝室があり、それぞれにキングサイズベッド、大きなバスルーム、十分なクローゼットが付いた2つのマスタースイートがあります。 3つの大きなベッドルームにはそれぞれ2つのクイーンサイズベッドがあり、3つすべてに専用バスルームと十分なクローゼットがあり、2つのツインサイズベッド、大きなバスルーム、ウォークインクローゼットがある大きなコンバーチブルルームがあります。 すべてのベッドルームには、ロマンチックな専用バルコニーがあり、さらにセーフティボックスとヘアドライヤーがあります。

正面玄関の右側にあるベランダに続いて、最初にパウダールーム、次に12人までのゲストを楽しませてくれる壮大なダイニングルームがあります。 スイミングプールと遠くの海を見渡すダイニングルームは、4つのリゾートコースで素晴らしいゴルフを楽しんだ後のキャンドルライトディナーに最適です。 この家の棟には、品揃えの充実したキッチンとサービススタッフ用の部屋もあります。

「ラスコリナス」ヴィラには、メイド、コック、バトラーが常駐しており、ゲストのリクエストに応じて朝食、ランチ、ディナーの毎日のサービスを提供しています（レンタル業者が食事を提供）。 毎日の清掃、リネンとタオルのサービスも含まれています。 ランドリーサービスとアイロンサービスもわずかな料金で提供され、スタッフが手配します。 スタッフは夕方に出発しますが、夜遅くまで勤務したり、一晩滞在したりするために追加料金で手配する場合があります。

Beautiful home, lovely staff, great central location within Casa de Campo

We stayed with some extended family (including elderly parents) for a week and couldn’t have been happier with the property and staff. The home had beautiful indoor/outdoor living spaces, large, comfortable bedrooms, great decor, and an amazing staff of 3 (chef, housekeeper and server) who were a wonderful addition to the stay. The chef was amazing and we ate many of our meals at the house. Couldn’t have been happier with the rental.

Perfect family vacation!!

The villa on its own is beautiful, spacious and charming. But what makes this stay an unforgettable experience is the exceptional staff! Victor, Norma and Maude were unbelievably welcoming and took care of absolutely everything we requested and more. We celebrated our son’s 4th Birthday during our stay and the owner and staff arranged for the most delicious chocolate cake to be presented to him after that evening’s dinner. A perfect setting for our family of four plus four grandparents to spend Spring vacation. Already looking forward to a return visit!

Excellent Trip to Casa de Campo

We just got back from Casa de Campo and had another excellent trip. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. The staff, Victor, Norma and Maud, we are extremely nice and accommodating. They did all the cooking for us so we could just sit back and relax. The hostess speaks perfect English so she was a delight to deal with as well. She coordinated options for golf cart rentals, airport transfers, and our Covid Testing before departing home. This was one of the best VRBO experiences that I have had and will definitely return to this wonderful home one day soon!

Our stay couldn't have been better

This was our second stay at the villa. Absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed that the villa is in a very quiet area. Getting to the beach or restaurants or Marina or anywhere else in the resort is very quick and easy on golf carts. Service in the villa was excellent. The butler, Victor, is a gem. Always there when needed. He was fantastic with the kids. They loved him. Norma, the chef, prepared wonderful, better than restaurant quality food, served either casuallly in the covered patio area or in the wonderful dining room. Our party of 12 fit very comfortably in the villa, Everyone had a fantastic time. We of course plan to return.

Family Spring break [with our teens] & quality family time around Easter holidays.

Isabel & Eduardo’s house is absolutely lovely — with a tropical colonial vibe and truly indoor/outdoor spaces that felt like you were outside even when seated in the expansive great room. The landscaping is also lush & beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool. The house is also very large with a variety of spaces to hang out in including a TV room and several covered outdoor spaces. Isabel was always available to Answer questions and helped organize reservations and an agency to manage airport transfers and golf cart rentals.Also the house staff was kind and the chef prepared delicious food. It’s useful to sort out reservations and meals at the home in advance to give staff time to shop on your behalf. We were not Spanish speakers so it took us a little more time … but all good! It was our 1st time visiting Casa de Campo - perfect for families. Not impressed with the hotel gym (broken equipment & rather smelly) but the spa and hydrotherapy was luxurious and well-appointed. It was very relaxing and would be great to return with a large group — especially given the 6 bedrooms - 4 with double beds & 2 primary kings.

Amazing family vacation

I can’t begin to express how pleased I was with my entire experience. From the moment I began communicating with Isabel, the owner of the Villa, I knew that we were in good hands. She was wonderful in all respects. Very accommodating! Due to unforeseen circumstances, our original arrival date was delayed. Isabel was not only understanding, but showed genuine concern for my family. When we arrived, we were greeted by her wonderful staff, Victor and Norma. They took good care of us throughout our stay. Norma made dishes that we all enjoyed, including several local favorites, and Victor helped us communicate when we were challenged with our Spanish. When our young adult guests returned to the village in the evening, he made sure that the golf carts were charged and ready to go the next morning. I highly recommend reserving this Villa if you are considering the Dominican Republic.

As good as it gets...

For those considering time in the Dominican Republic, there is no where better than Casa de Campo. Growing up, my family owned a home inside the resort where we spent ~6 weeks a year. The resort is now more than 50+ years old - the development, amenities, infrastructure, golf, and things to do reflect the significant investments made over that timeframe. We recently spent a week at this villa with family and friends, 12 people total. The arrival logistics, transportation, golf cart rentals, and grocery shopping were arranged seamlessly ahead of time with the help of Isabel and Maura. The 3-person staff at the home were incredibly helpful and welcoming - we were incredibly well taken care of during our week at the villa. The team running this property has the entire process dialed in. Beware of listings in the DR with no comments or reviews. When organizing this trip, I found an unusual amount of listings where people capture screenshots of other listings and represented them as their own. If they secure a reservation, they then approach the owner to try and work out a commission. I ultimately cancelled 2 DR vacation rentals before finding this one. The villa is in the ideal location with proximity to Altos and the Marina, Minitas Beach is also an easy 10 minute golf cart ride. This is a 5 star home with a 5 star staff & support team. We'll be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Las Colinas 20 is a beautiful house in a beautiful resort. Perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. Isabel & Eduardo were extremely helpful and answered all our questions before and during our trip. They even put swings and a jungle gym in the yard for our grandchildren. The staff was wonderful and took care all our needs. We loved every minute!

Amazing Stay 2021

The house was wonderful, clean and very comfortable! We were a group of 12 adults and had a great time! To start the golf carts we rented we’re beautiful and brand new. The communication with Isabel (the host) was great. She answered us every time we had a question. The house staff was great and super nice. Victor took care of us daily and fulfilled all our requests! Victors attention to detail was second to none! Norma, the chef was a TRUE chef! There was nothing that she did not cook to perfection! The lobster, fish, rice, pasta EVERYTHING! The housekeeper Maura was kind and had everything clean and in place when we returned from our daily outings. The pool area was beautiful. The indoor/outdoor living was superb. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a true getaway or family vacation. We are only 2.5 hours from Miami and will definitely be back.

Casa de Campo

The property is spacious and bedrooms are appointed nicely. I would recommend up front communication with the property manager- particularly about making the best use of the butler and chef. It would be nice for the property manager to provide a menu of the favorite or “ wow” dishes that the cook enjoys preparing. As a result of communication matters, our party of 8 had only 2 dinners and 4 breakfasts prepared by the cook. We had 4 lunches out and 2 dinners out. I would ask for a tipping guideline in advance of the stay. I would understand clearly the expectation of the cook- working after 6 pm and understand her need for cab money. The bottom line, we didn’t maximize the use of the cook. We had spent the first four nights in Cap Cana and had a chef, a butler and 2 maids. The chef killed it every meal ( 14) with a former flair. The manager provided the chefs top menus and recommended tipping well in advance of our arrival. This was communicated by the owners concierge in advance as well as a pre purchased grocery list. No worries, just suggestions and a credit card! We were spoiled in Cap Cana and we were hosted about average. For instance, it took 1 day and a half to produce hot water- the explanation of the Butler is “ we keep our water temperature low”.. regardless of the temperature, most Americans that I know enjoy the option of a hot shower. With the DR getting bad reviews related to security, Casa de Campo is very well secured, the activities ( Beach Club, The Marina, The Art district, Dye 4 Golf, horseback riding, dune buggies, snorkeling, restaurants) make certain that we will return to the property- likely closer to water front.

Hi Greg: We appreciate your suggestions, and as always, will keep trying harder to accommodate our guests: our main goal is that you have a good time at our villa, and feel pleased with the staff. It saddens me that you could not take more advantage of our cook's skills: she is excellent and always willing to please. She has an extensive menu from which to choose, and all our guests have left happy and very satisfied with her performance. However, in your case, we did have a lack of communication; please accept my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding. I usually make meal plans ahead of time: we do the grocery shopping, according to the menus discussed with the guests; food allergies are always an important issue. Thanks for your suggestion of sending a detailed menu ahead of time. I tried talking to your wife weeks before arrival about discussing menus and grocery shopping, but we never did speak about these matters. Regarding the tipping policy: tips are always welcome, but since they are based on the services provided, I can make a suggestion once you have stayed at my house, but I have never considered doing it ahead of time. I am glad that you solved the water temperature issue: we have a very efficient water heater, but summer is specially hot in Romana, and as my butler told you, we keep it low. Our property is family-owned: I personally take care of the details of each guest's stay; and try to go beyond just renting my villa. I am grateful to you and your family that you chose our villa for your 4-day stay, and we will take into consideration your very useful suggestions, that could help other guests with their vacation plans. Wonderful family vacation

We just returned from 4 wonderful days at this beautiful home. There were 10 of us ... my husband, 2 married daughters, their husbands and my four grandchildren (ages 4, 6, 6, 8). The home was perfect for our stay...so comfortable and beautiful as well...inside and out. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! (could have used more pool-side lounge chairs). Communications with the owner, Isabel, via email and phone were easy ... she was extremely helpful with our planning ahead of time. She even provided pool noodles for our grandchildren when asked. The staff of 3 was fantastic...always helpful ...always with a smile. We ate all breakfasts and dinners at the house - deliciously prepared by Norma ! Victor, the house butler, was very friendly and accommodating. Maude kept the home spotless! The beach facilities were also amazing...went all 3 days using golf carts that we rented. We will definitely return to Casa de Campo....

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Beautiful, well kept and immaculate. Fantastic staff.

The owners made everything easy for us from arranging for supplies and transportation before our arrival to helping us with various items during our stay. They were easily accessible by phone. The villa itself was beautiful and well appointed. Perfect for friends and family. We were a party of eight. The staff was extremely friendly helpful and professional. Meals were all fantastic whether breakfast lunch or dinner. Every meal was a feast. I would love to stay here again. One the better vacations I have ever had.

Amazing stay at Campo

Honestly, the stay was first rate all the way. Property is wonderful - immaculate and neatly maintained, clean, comfortable. From the Butler to the cook to the maid Everyone was extremely attentive. Cook is amazing and highly recommend eating in. We went to Casa de Campo primarily for the fishing however spent a good deal of time at the property. The property itself is super relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there are thoroughly. Highly recommend.
