This is a beautiful 3 BR / 3.5 BA home located in the Halyard Park (outskirts of Brewers Hill) neighborhood, walking distance to Fiserv Forum and the Entertainment District. Also includes a 2 car detached garage, backyard, and patio.

The house is set up to sleep 5-6 guests (king and queen bedrooms, plus upstairs and downstairs couches and air mattress if needed).

***Note, no prior reviews are listed as this is the first time we are listing it for rent.***

Easy keyless entry to front and back doors.

No pets allowed.

Notes for your stay:
-Please take off your shoes as you enter.
-Parties, gatherings or overnight stays for non–VRBO guests are not allowed (please ask beforehand).
-Be respectful of our neighbors, especially at night.
-Please understand our house is not kid friendly: three-level house with stairs from top to bottom & the railings which can pose dangers to children. We do not recommend bringing young children into our house for safety reasons.
-Please do not bring beverages or food into any the bedrooms (except water) because of light colored carpet. A fee will be charged to your account, if carpet is stained and requires to be professionally cleaned.
-Close the windows at all times & before leaving the house.
