Great Home
Jim and Tina’s home is well positioned 4 miles from the centre but in a quiet neighbourhood. Their home is cosy with all conveniences. We took an Uber into town and did the Trolley Tour, visited Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and went into Tootsies for the experience- fabulous.

After living in Nashville for 22 of the last 24 years when we visit we need a place to stay and gotels are not favored. My wife was in town for a concert and this location worked gteat for her and her friends. Owners were plesant and made the process easy.

Perfect stay
You'll have no regrets staying here. All the amenities you could need in a cozy and safe cottage. A short drive to all of the Nashville hot spots. Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena. Most Uber/Lyft rides were $10-15, with only a few around $20. Jim and Tina felt like old family friends who were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to be close to the action without being in it and wanting an affordable comfortable stay. Would stay again!

About the host

Hosted by Jim or Tina Callahan

Host profile image
We are Jim and Tina Callahan. We are both retired from our "day jobs," and are enjoying other passions. As a performing songwriter (Jim) and a proud grandma (Tina) we find plenty to fill our daily lives. A common thread, that has always been a part of our lives, is the ability and desire to offer a helping hand or a handshake to people we meet. Our "Seven C's Cottage" is another (and the newest) way to reach out.

You can find Jim playing an occasional writer-round or performing private house concerts ... check out his music at jimcallahansongs.com. He is also available to perform for our visiting guest, upon request.

Since retiring from Bridgestone Corporation, Tina spends much of her time visiting Grand Children, who are scattered across the USA.

Why they chose this property

A year ago, we began building/adding an attached (but separate) "retirement suite" to our home. With a lot of work and planning, we have completed our goal, and are able to offer our guest the comfort and convienence we have enjoyed for all these years. In addition, we believe, being "on site" owners/managers, provides a unique opportunity for our guest; You don't have to ask Google ... you can ask us!

What makes this property unique

One very unique benefit of this location, is the access to "all things Nashville," as well as the interstate system, while still being in a very quiet, comfortable neighborhood.
