Jim and Tina are BEYOND amazing hosts. They not only welcomed us into their space, but went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. HIGHLY recommend. When my crew and I come back to Nashville, Jim and Tina's will be the first place we check!

This is a fantastic property and is perfect for any stay in Nashville. Quiet, out of the way neighborhood but still convenient to most attractions in the area. Had a great evening hanging out with the owners and can't wait for a return trip!

Our stay was fantastic! Our hosts greeted us when we got there but then we didn’t see them for the rest of our stay. They provided their cell numbers so we know we could get ahold of them if we needed them. The house was great! The only thing is they had curtains in the doorway of the master bedroom. We would have preferred a door.

An amazingly quaint, cozy and enjoyable property. The owners, Jim and Tina, were so welcoming and accommodating. In addition, Jim treated us to a little concert, as he is a singer and songwriter. The location of 7 C’s was so close to everything
it was perfect!! We would definitely stay at any property they hosted!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at 7C’s. Easy location to get to (w/Lyft&Uber) and a quiet neighborhood. Our sleeps were comfy and peaceful. 7C’s is a cute little place to stay and clean inside and out.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville but close enough to get to, to enjoy all the entertainment Nashville has to offer. There is a Walmart close by where we picked up a few groceries for our stay. I would recommend staying here.

Everything went smoothly for us from check in to check out. Very clean and comfortable and good location. 20 uber to downtown where we spent our two days. I would definitely stay here agin when visiting Nashville

Very nice place

Thumbs up for this cottage. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Just off Thompson Lane and easy drive anywhere in town. The owners are nearby and very hospitable. Can't go wrong here. Recommended!

Christmas in Nashville

We had our second annual Christmas gathering at this VRBO. Just the right size for our small family to exchange gifts and eat. Nice central location.

Thanksgiving getaway

One of our sons lives in Nashville so we came down from Illinois to have a “home away from home” Thanksgiving with him, and that’s just what we had! We cooked the entire meal in 7C’s well stocked kitchen and it came out wonderfully. The cottage was clean and cozy and Jim and Tina’s hospitality was fantastic - even texting us when a power outage occurred while we were out the evening we arrived and leaving us a flashlight. Thankfully the power came back on not long after we got back, but we were very grateful for their thoughtfulness. You also can’t beat the cottage’s location. Needless to say, we’ll be back!

We are Jim and Tina Callahan. We are both retired from our "day jobs," and are enjoying other passions. As a performing songwriter (Jim) and a proud grandma (Tina) we find plenty to fill our daily lives. A common thread, that has always been a part of our lives, is the ability and desire to offer a helping hand or a handshake to people we meet. Our "Seven C's Cottage" is another (and the newest) way to reach out.

You can find Jim playing an occasional writers-round or performing private house concerts ... check out his music at www.jimcallahansongs.com. He is also available to perform for our visiting guest, free of course, upon request.

Tina, retired from Bridgestone Corporation, spends much of her time visiting Grand Children, who are scattered across the USA.

A few short years ago, we began building/adding an attached (but separate) "retirement suite" to our home. With a lot of work and planning, we have completed our goal, and are able to offer our guest the comfort and convienence we have enjoyed for all these years. In addition, we believe, being "on site" owners/managers, provides a unique opportunity for our guest; You don't have to ask Google ... you can ask us!

One very unique benefit of this location, is the access to "all things Nashville," as well as the interstate system, while still being in a very quiet, comfortable neighborhood.
