Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the space very relaxing. I loved the view. Our first night we were able to watch the sunset right from the lanai. The AC worked great! Everything was just as described and pictures are accurate. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. If I ever go back to Maui, this will be the first place I look to book another stay.

Well furnished Condo for Water activities, Relaxing and very near Restaurants and Shops

The property is in an ideal location for water based activities like Snorkeling, Surfing, Molokini Boat tour, etc. Todd has thought about guests' need and furnished the condo with all the things one will need Ex: Snorkeling gears, Beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, Beach towels, etc. The lanai is well furnished to sit and enjoy bird songs in the morning, view of Molokini island and the sun rise over Haleakalā peak. Also the kitchen is fully equipped any meal you want to make stocked with all the spices, etc. Nice working dish washer, fridge and stove. The bed and the living rooms are nicely furnished. The art decorations were very nice. All the rooms had Air conditioning units and also fans.It's a short walk to Keawakapu beach front where snorkeled and saw the sea turtles (5 of them) on one morning. Another day we saw one. The condo is located between the Wailea and Kihei, so it was an ideal location for peaceful walk in the morning towards Wailea and to get some groceries you can walk to South Kihei.The property itself is well managed with Kona coffee available from morning 6 am to 12 pm in the office. It has a swimming pool and the office staff are very helpful.A very wonderful stay and we will return to this condo/property next time we visit Maui.

A lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Hill. The location is quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the oceanside resorts, yet close to the Wailea area and shopping in Kihei. It's a quick walk to the beach. The condo is great, the online photos don't do it justice—nice vibes for a tropical getaway.

Wonderful time

Enjoyed our week in this condo. Location is great, very quiet at night and you can enjoy the beautiful sounds of the birds in the morning. Susan is very responsive. Before and during our stay, she responded almost immediately. She's open to questions and very understanding. Place was clean when we showed up and all we had to do was unpack. A lot of amenities that made the stay stress free. She also leaves very good and detail instructions about the condo as well as things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this property. Perfect for family reunion with toddler

This unit was the perfect place for a family reunion, with grandparents and a 13-month toddler. The balcony overlooks the lawn facing the ocean beyond, and the unit is in close enough proximity to the community grill and the pool (which was never too busy). All rooms were extremely comfortable. I even appreciated that there was a small step ladder for shorter members of our family to reach the in-unit washer/dryer and the taller bathroom vanity sinks. As for the complex itself, it's a 5-10 min walk to a beach and a 5-10 min drive to the shops and other eatery/grocery stores. I appreciated that the complex was situated in the quieter part of the S Kihei road. All in all, we would return again in a heartbeat!

Just perfect

This unit and property was everything we had hoped. The kids (and all of us actually) had so much fun at the pool and there was plenty of room for them to spread out to play when in the unit. They had fun running around at the putting green and corn hole games and they loved relaxing on the comfy couch and watching a movie. I loved the attractive and caning decor and the unit has everything you need. They were very generous with sundry items and we didn’t have to go and buy our own shampoo, dish soap and toilet paper after the first few days like so many other vacation rentals. You can tell the hosts wanted to make our stay special. We had one maintenance issue that Josh went above and beyond to fix so it wouldn’t impact our stay. The pool really was the highlight. I’d specifically looked for a place with a hot tub so the kids would be able to warm up and spend longer at the pool. I was initially disappointed to see that this hot tub is only for 18 and over. However, the pool is heated and so warm that it was fine to nor have the hot tub for them. We would definitely stay here again and are sad to be coming to the end our our time at this beautiful place.

Very nice condo

This unit is very good. Very clean. I have stayed in this condo before and was glad to see it was available this year so we stayed there again. My wife and I plan to stay here on future visits if it available. Maui Hill is a very nice place on a hill located across the street from my favorite Maui beach. And the swimming pool is very nice and the water is at a great temperature every time. We only stay at Maui Hill when in Maui. We plan the timing of our vacation when a unit is open. I have stayed elsewhere and although the unit was very nice, the pool was in the shade and too cold to swim in. At Maui Hill we swim in the pool every day. The kids love it.
