Enjoy your early morning coffee, or afternoon mai tai's and pupu's sitting out on the lanai while watching the humpback whales breaching in the distance, as well as the phenomenal sunsets.

You will enjoy a full 180 degree unobstructed ocean view from this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground level condo, in a 50 unit complex. A smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool, as those complexes with a large number of units.

Located on S Kihei Road, directly across the street from Cove Park, a common surfing location, and one block from Charlie Young & Kamaole I beaches.

Onsite amenities include swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball and on deck BBQ's.

No Resort Fee's for our amenities, and no charges for parking.

The unit contains 2 bedrooms, a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, full kitchen, in suite laundry, 2 full bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate maximum 5 people. Full Air-conditioning.

Full Renovation completed. Top to Bottom. All new appliances, cabinets, counters, flooring, bathroom fixtures.

Beautiful sunsets!!!

Super easy to get to from the airport!! The owner/manager are extremely accomodating!! Beds are very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped!! Definitely a place we would consider staying again!!

Work play vacation

We had a wonderful stay doing a little work and a lot of play. It was a perfect location, great views, and we really enjoyed the non-touristy feel of Kihei. Would love to come again and recommend it to friends!

Beautiful condo and location

We have stayed at this condo in the past and the views never get old. Aside from being beautifully renovated and clean, it is a great location for walking to many restaurants and stores. We will be back!

Amazing 120° ocean views! Daily whale watching tours right on the lanai! Walking distance to everything you need! Friendly small community atmosphere throughout the complex. Top notch property!

Perfect for us!

Lovely place. Well equipped for cooking meals in. We have a food allergy in the group that’s hard to accommodate at restaurants and enjoyed cooking most of our meals at the condo/on the well maintained BBQs by the pool. Great selection of beach tools to use. The location can’t be beat. Kihei is a great area with shops, grocery, restaurants, beaches and super walkable. Access to the beach is as close as you can get, out one gate, down a few stairs and across the road. The lanai is perfect for sunsets and morning coffees, has a beautiful flower hedge and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The AC and fans were great at keeping the place a good temperature for our little ones. The host is wonderful and very attentive should any need arise, happily recommend this place to others!!

Amazing view

Over the years we have stayed multiple places along this stretch of road, this place became our favorite . The property had an amazing view of the ocean, great outdoor facilities and even better location. The unit is nicely updated, very clean and a fully stocked. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful view in and out .

Love the shores of Maui. Great location, within walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. This well appointed unit is beautiful inside with an unobstructed view of the Cove surfers. Great way to watch the world go by.

Great Condo in Great Location.

Our family of four loved the location and views from the condo. Everything was in great condition. The owner was very helpful with information and things to do in the area. The patio is a beautiful place to watch the sunset!

We have stayed many times at this condo over the years. Love the new renovations. Sitting on the deck and enjoying coffee and watching the surfers is our Happy Place. Condo is in a great location and well stocked. Thank You , we will be back soon

Marvellous Maui

The property is in an ideal location for exploring the wonderful beaches of Maui. The condo is very comfortable updated .The complex is quiet and very well run , people around very friendly. Morning coffee on the lanai to watch the surfers and the whales is a great way to start the day. Thankyou for the great stay!

Amazing!

Best spot in the complex

Beautiful condo,clean,cozy amazing views. The property is beautiful! People walking up the street cut through the hedges to get group pictures around the properties corner garden. It’s easy to make new friends here because it’s small and we all gathered at the pool after our daily adventures. Watching the surf school is great entertainment with coffee on the back porch. Great little restaurants, bars with music and food trucks all in walking distance. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect Location in Maui!

The location is a perfect launching point to wonderful beaches, hiking, road to Hana and beautiful sites. The condo has been recently renovated so bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring are all very new. We spent most of our time outside while we were at the condo. The kitchen is furnished well with rental quality knives and pots/pans. We had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We enjoyed the pool and ran out of time to use the grills! The only complains was the furniture cushions in the family room are very worn so there was no place to sit comfortably.

A Month

We enjoyed our month in Hawaii. We didn't like the ghost ants, but I guess that is normal. We stayed at several different places, and this was the only place we saw them. I like the book telling us of places to eat. I would have liked to see more places like Tommy Bahama in the book. Some good places to shop at would be good too. We went to the swap meet on Saturday and loved it. That could be put in the book too. I would recommend for anyone to stay here the view is awesome. I would like to come back and stay at this same place.

Love Kihei

We had an amazing vacation on Maui, and could not have picked a better place to base ourselves. Beautiful sunsets, loved watching the surfers and turtles, walking distance to pretty much everything! The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed and more. The pool in the complex was great for the evenings when our kids just wanted to swim some more, and the lanai with the grass around the patio was perfect for them to practice handstands and cartwheels. We loved the recommendations that Renotta had for us - we took surf lessons at the shop up the street, treated ourselves to shave ice from Ululani’s (quite a few times), and loved Outrigger Pizza and Pa’ia Fish Market. The markets up the street were great too. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Kihei, we hope we can come back soon!

Maui Condo with great view.

The owners have done a very nice job refurbishing their condo, including upgrades to the kitchen and both bedrooms. The view remains unbeatable and the unit was clean and ready when we arrived. Despite being on the road side, the noise didn't impact our stay since the windows were also upgraded. The view includes watching the surfers at the start of the day and a stunning sunset at the end. The Shores of Maui is in a prime location. You can walk to the grocery store (Foodland), open-air markets and to the park right across the street. There are also a number of restaurants and friendly drinking establishments nearby, if you're into that kind of thing. The price was higher than our last visit which makes sense given all of the improvements. The island in general and Kihei specifically is experiencing a tourist boom so plan ahead!

A true gem located in amazing Kihei!

Our family just finished our 8 night stay! It was truly amazing! The unit was perfect! Very well maintained and we really enjoyed the newly renovated unit. It had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 children (ages 17,10,7) It was stocked with chairs, boogie boards, some snorkel gear, beach toys, a small cooler and 7 beach towels. The kitchen had everything (and more!) than we have at home! You won’t need to bring anything but your food. We ended up cooking most nights in the newly remodeled kitchen. We ate every meal out on the lanai which overlooked the ocean. Although it was the front unit, it was very private. We especially loved the small grass area for our active 7 year old. The beds were very nice as well as the sheets and pillows. Everything in the unit is top notch. We went to many beaches nearby and were not disappointed. Within 5 mins at Kamaole we saw a huge turtle! We will be returning soon! We were so sad to leave!

Amazing Location

This property is stunning! The view of the ocean is unbelievable and was the best of all of our group that stayed on Maui. The condo was very nicely appointed and had everything we could have wanted, and even extra things like a cooler, beach chairs, boogie board, snorkeling equipment. The renovation completed a few years ago are still looking fabulous. The condo itself was praised as probably being the nicest one in the entire complex. We loved the location also. We were able to easily walk to many good restaurants in the area. We also got surfing lessons a block down the road and actually did our surfing right by the condo. The only small issue is that it is a ground level place in a two story complex, so you will have people above you and at times it can be noisy with obvious footsteps above your head. This wasn't a deal breaker for us and we will gladly return to the condo!

Our families have been coming to Maui since the early 80's, it has always been a paradise for us. It is relaxing, easy to get around, and a very comfortable location.

The most unique thing about our property is the ability to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean, whales and surfers at any time. No obstruction to your view, simply breath taking. Not to mention the beautiful renovation completed. We pride ourselves in our crystal clear water in our heated pool.
And remember a smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool.
