In a holiday residence 50m from the beach, we rent an air-conditioned studio garden side of 20m2 for 4 people.
No road to cross to access the beach.
Fully equipped modern studio, kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, plancha, fridge, washing machine, television, air conditioning, wifi.
4 beds (1 bed 140 and comfortable sofa bed 140).
Shower room and separate WC.
Bed linen and towels not provided.
Terrace of 20 m2 with 2 sunbeds, garden table and chairs.
Private parking housed in the guarded residence, electric gate with code. Collective barbecue, shaded table and benches, ping-pong table. Outdoor showers, closed area for equipment safety: sailboards, diving equipment, bicycles, etc.

Nous sommes désolés pour le dérangement occasionné par les travaux. Nous n’avons pas été informés de ce chantier au préalable. Nous vous avons proposé deux nuits supplémentaires afin de compenser ce désordre. Malheureusement votre planning de vacances était déjà prévu. Comme stipulé dans l’annonce notre studio se situe côté jardin et non côté mer. Des photos présentent sur notre site font apparaître la mer au bout du couloir d accès à la plage. Nous ne pouvons pas accepter le mot tromperie.
Heureusement vous avez su apprécier notre belle terrasse à l’abris du vent. Nous sommes encore désolés des bruits des travaux. Sachez que nous vous accueillerons de nouveau avec plaisir.
