We (an extended family with 5 adults and 3 kids) had a super awesome time at this property. The house is huge and there is plenty of space for so many people. In July it was super warm so wie basically stayed outside, enjoyed to pool and the nearby beaches (be aware of traffic jams). Maria was around and super nice and always asked if everything was "tutto bene". And it was. We really liked that geourgous place.The only thing nobody liked have been the mosquitos and the uncountable bites we got. Maria helped us out with sprays against. But this didn't lower the good times and enjoyable days we had there. We all can fully recommend this place. It's perfect.

Cosy old Toscana house in quiet village location

Big Plus: Maria is a perfect hosts. We also got fast response to any inquiry from her co-host Michela. The village Filettole is a very nice quiet place with a small supermarket, bakery and pizzeria. 20 Minutes to the Riviera beaches, Pisa and Lucca. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for many people. There are plates to have breakfast, lunch as well as dinner for 30 or more people. The cooking facilities are in very good shape. (no cheap equipment). Dishwasher is from Siemens, Washing machine from LG etc. We booked this place as it has 6 rates all with 5 stars. We give 4 stars: the bath rooms are very basic. The small bathroom does not have shower walls anymore. Both bath rooms have shower curtains. It is not straight-forward to take a warm shower in the bigger bathroom as the cold and hot water tap are not running smoothly. The bigger bathroom and the kitchen have a small door frame (about 1,75m), so taller people have to watch their head. The third bath room is outside in a closeby building, When you travel October-April you should expect that 2-3 Windows in the upper floors cannot be shut air-tight. The yard gate is very narrow, so we left our car (Golf) outside. The picture suggests that you can park your car inside, but this is only valid for small cars. We had a very nice stay in October and especially enjoyed the cosy living room.

Una accogliente residenza per 12 amici.

Sig.ra Maria Rosa gentilissima. Casa molto accogliente. Ottimo spazio esterno dove trascorrere momenti in compagnia e riservatezza anche grazie alla piscina. La casa accoglie comodamente 12 persone.

Charmantes Objekt

Hübsche alte Villa in günstiger Lage zwischen Meer und Inland. Liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Küche, Bäder etwas beengt, schöner Garten mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Bäcker in Filettole ist sehr gut. Nächster Supermarkt etwa 10km.

Lovely Italian town house

But afraid. Three cats are about and they come into the house, and jumped on two peoples beds at 4 in the morning and alarmed them especially the elderly person with us, cat also found sleeping in the babies cot, very comfortable house ,don't know if we missed the fact that you pay extra for Gas,Electric,and Water, we enjoyed our stay there , but for the CATS.

bellissima casa con gentilissima Signora 😊

La casa e' meravigliosa, molto pulita e anche il giardino e' carino. Era perfetta per due famiglie, i bambini e noi abbiamo goduto molto le nostre vacanze. Grazie Signora Maria Rosa che ci Ha fatto un soggiorno cosi' bello!!

Perfect location for cyclists

We had a great week for riding throug the Toscana by bike and the house is perfect to have a good training-session there. With Villa Chiara you have perfect conditions for that, for example because of the good equipped kitchen or the shelter for the bikes. You can relax your tire legs in the pool or in the living room. The bakery in Filettole is awesome and you have also a small supermarket. The communication was easy and we had the feeling to be very welcome, thanks a lot again!
