About this property

Elegant Condo in the downtown with swimming pool

The apartments is located in the centre of Huatulco, is confortable, large and perfect to spend some days in this beautiful place. There is security 24/7, private parking, swimming pool and a barbecue area. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, AC, wifi and cable tv (Mexican).

Is located in one the of the closest building to the swimming pool at the 2nd floor. It's a perfect place for couples and families, and is close to anything you need (shops, services, taxi, etc.).

he apartment is on the first floor of a building in very good condition. The beds are very comfortable and you will find sheets, blankets and pillows. The kitchen is very well equipped, as it has a microwave oven, a toaster oven, a gas oven, a blender, several pans and pots, cutlery and glasses of every type. In the house you will also find towels, two lounge chairs for the pool, additional chairs and two coolers. You just need to bring your clothes and nothing else :)

Guests are authorized to use the pool, as long as the rules are respected. Pets are not allowed in the apartment or in the common area, and it is not possible to invite outsiders during the stay. Each department can use a single parking place. The condominium also has barbecue area.

As a host I will always try to put my effort and provide any kind of information or help. I can put you in contact with guides and touristic services of guaranteed quality. And knowing the place very well I will advise you the best places to enjoy, eat or have fun here in Huatulco. I will always be on the lookout for your needs, and when I can not, there will be a person of my complete trust.

Located a couple of steps from the heart of La Crucecita this apartment has all that you could need! High Speed internet Netflix Washer Equiped kitchen Pool in condo The landlord is an awesome and kind person, easy to work with! I forgot something and I contacted him. Absolutely perfect in every way!

Our stay in Huatulco was everything we were looking for. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed and had everything in it that was advertised. Fulvio is super nice and kept in contact with us prior to arriving. Excellent and easy going, met us with the key, showed us things that made our stay totally easy and comfortable. The condo is in the best location for everything. Shopping, dining, walking around town. Inexpensive cab rides anywhere you would want to go. Beautiful beaches, we had a lot of fun. Checkout exactly like check in, easy and Fulvio is extremely nice. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again Fulvio.

This condo was in a great central location, with easy access to stores, restaurants, parks and more. The condo was fully equipped with just about anything you could want for a visit. Communication and assistance was impeccable and made a huge difference in our experience. The pool was family friendly and definitely a plus for us. The price was definitely good value for what you get. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone. One possible drawback for some was that I could hear some music from a bar, and my daughter said it was keeping her up one night, but like I told her, if you're tired, it isn't loud enough to keep you up, but if you're up and not sleepy, yes, you can hear it. Not a dealbreaker. It is right in the city after all.

Why they chose this property

It's close to anything you need. Shops, bar, restaurants are just few steps from the apartment. You will always find a clean environment, and most of the guests in the complex are from Canada and US. Even if is in the downtown is very quiet and safe.

What makes this property unique

Inside the apartment you can find all the commodities to enjoy the best vacation ever in Huatulco (towels are provided also). The building is one of the closest to the swimming pool and is at just one ramp of stairs (10 little steps).
