Built in 1807 for a descendant of d'Artagnan, then abandoned for many years, the house was rediscovered in the 1970s by an old stone enthusiast who spent more than 40 years restoring it and bringing it back to life. Today, his heirs have taken up the torch and the rentals will allow the restorations to continue. Quiet and not overlooked, on a 2 hectare property, you will enjoy this mansion with: 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms - 5 x 10 m swimming pool secured with a bar cover - badminton, pétanque. 50 minutes from Toulouse, 50 minutes from Agen and 20 minutes from Auch. All shops 6km away. This is the ideal place for a large family or a group of friends.

Perfect stay 👍

It’s something special to stay in a mansion like this! The perfect combination between old details (beautiful floors, decoration and high ceilings) and new (swimmingpool, kitchen, outdoor facilities). It’s very well equipped with high quality appliances. The family is friendly and warm, and will help you have a perfect stay.

Séjour très réussi

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans la propriété de David et sa famille, qui ont été très disponibles et sympathiques. La demeure a beaucoup de charme et de caractère, au calme avec de belles échappées sur la campagne, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis à 15 . La piscine est belle et le terrain de volley et la table de ping-pong ont aussi été très appréciés. Pleins de jeux pour les enfants, cuisine très bien équipée. Très bien placée, on recommande de manger à Cologne( colibri) et à Simorre (Bouche à oreille).Merci encore à David pour son accueil.

Exellent séjour dans une demeure authentique et de caractère

Nous avons passé, avec nos amis, un excellent séjour dans la demeure de David et sa famille qui nous ont très bien accueillis. La demeure au charme authentique est très spacieuse. Les nombreuses chambres sont décorées avec goût et possèdent presque toutes une salle d'eau indépendante. La grande cuisine moderne est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Nous avons également profité de sa belle piscine ainsi que des différents divertissements mis à disposition (ping pong, pétanque, badminton, ...) Merci pour cet excellent séjour à Mansempuy ! La nature est là. Et la vie de château aussi !

Nous avons loué cette incroyable maison pendant 2 semaines. Nous étions entre 11 et 14 personnes, dont beaucoup d’ados bruyants :-). En plus d’être majestueuse, la maison est grande, et les espaces extérieurs très vastes. Donc pas une seule fois, nous ne nous sommes sentis envahis ou dérangés par le nombre! Beaucoup de chambres, beaucoup de salles de bain, une magnifique piscine, une chouette cuisine avec une vue magnifique… de quoi jouer à la pétanque et au ping-pong… Hôtes très réactifs en cas de besoin et communication très fluide dès la réservation. Seul bémol : 2 toilettes pour toute cette tribu… Si ce dernier point n'est pas bloquant pour vous, OUI, je recommande, car la nature est là. Et la vie de château aussi !
