LA ROCHELLE Lovely STUDIO NEAR MINIMES BEACH TB located with free parking.
NB: This studio will be for rent to tourists in July and August next, the rest of the year, it is not available.
For your summer stay at LA ROCHELLE, in July and August, furnished studio (25 m2), very nice, charming. It is located between the BEACH of MINIMES (10mn on foot), the marina of Minimes (1.1 km), the old port and the city center (15 min).
Including a balcony, it is fully equipped (with TV, WIFI), including a kitchen, a convertible sofa as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It is located in the secure residence "L'ALBATROS", it is very well maintained and there is an appreciable calm. FREE PARKING in front of the residence.
Blankets and sheets are included.
You will have a secure bike room if you have your own bike and as mentioned above, free parking at the bottom of the residence to park your vehicle.
A bus stop is nearby, as well as rental bikes.
At LA ROCHELLE, you will be able to choose among the various activities offered those which will suit you best and which will make you have a great stay: enjoy the nearby Minimes Beach, party (cinema festival, Francofolies festival, boxes of night), games (casino, bowling (only 300m from the residence), visits (its museums, its exhibitions, its aquarium, its Tours), excursions, boat trips, with or without water sports (islands de Ré, d'Oléron, approach the famous Fort BOYARD), the cinema (Mega GR of 12 rooms), taste seafood and others in restaurants…

C'est avec grand plaisir que je rédige ce petit message car ce sont des vacanciers "modèles": Très sympathiques, compréhensifs, ouverts, respectueux de leurs engagements et des lieux occupés, souriants,avec un bon sens du relationnel. Autant dire que je les recommande à d'autres propriétaires, ils ne le regretteront pas en les hébergeant. Très bon séjour à la Rochelle
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec un appartement bien situé proche de la plage des minimes. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Possibilité de manger sur la terrasse ce qui est très agréable.
