Stay in a privately owned luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath residential suite inside a riverfront resort with direct gondola access to Beaver Creek Mountain. This unique curved end-unit residence in the east wing features a large wraparound deck, a wall of windows, and a setting where you can crack the windows and hear the Eagle River.

The entire condo was professionally remodeled in November 2024 with $120,000 in renovations, including new carpet, beds, tile, blinds, appliances, flooring, and furniture.

All residences within the resort are individually owned. This suite has been taken out of the resort's rental program and is privately managed, avoiding the resort's 65% management fee and allowing those savings to be passed along to guests. Please note that we are not permitted to use the resort's brand name in our advertising.

Valet or Self-Parking: $55/night
Booking Fee: $75/stay, one time

These fees are paid directly to the resort front desk. We are not permitted to collect the resort's fees on its behalf.

This 2-bedroom suite can also be rented as a 3-bedroom, 3-bath residence by adding the lock-off third bedroom. The combined 3-bedroom configuration sleeps up to 12 guests.

Daily housekeeping is not included with this privately managed residence.
